I went to the pro-audio to buy an sm7b,stand, cable and still nobody acknowledged my existence let alone speak to me! The store was not busy either time! If I can't get help making purchases I know I wont get any help if there are problems and I need to return! This store needs customer service help desperately! I never have this problem online with BHphoto or sweetwater! Was gonna try to give the in-store guys a chance.

There was a good selection of speakers to choose from. Do they have everything? Of course not, nobody does but it is a good selection. They can also get other stuff in from their website too. Guitar center always seems to have a decent price on products. This location isn't as large as Tempe Arizona but they have crammed as much as possible in here and as mentioned the service was great with my guy. All in all this is a good place.
