I had never heard of Humbucker Music but they seemed legit, so I hastily ordered it while I was at work. When I got home that evening, I realized there was one spec in particular that I really needed but was not on the guitar, so I emailed them right away to place the order on hold, even if I had already paid for it. The following morning, I get an email from Brian and he told me he put my order on hold as requested. I checked their website again to find a guitar that suits me better, but sadly didn't quite find the right one. So I asked to cancel the order and within a minute I get an email confirming the cancellation. No hassle, no drama, no problem. I loved that.
