The staff that helped me out was quite comical but informative. He went in to detail with what I couldn't decide at the time until I was able to make a finally conclusion on what I needed and would be best for me. Overall, the team brought an amazing welcoming presence. I truly appreciate and enjoyed the customer service recieved.

This location and this experience were along the lines of a good experience. I have had stellar service and while I would not describe this time as one of them, it is not a negative commentary. I went in for a phone, was handled both in a friendly and professional manner, and was on my way. The salesperson who handled my transaction even mentioned an all, I believe it was T-Mobile Tuesdays that gives free stuff away on Tuesdays.

They appeared knowledgeable…read morebut I had hesitation because the repair guy was using the main customer counter to attempt to cut away some screen adhesive with a small knife on a customers phone right in front of me in a very unexpected and unprofessional manner. I had anxiety about how they might be fixing my phone and if they had the correct tools and methods for fixing my camera. They told me to leave my phone and to come back in an hour. Sure enough when I arrived my phone was sitting on the counter screen unattached half open and new camera inserted. I was concerned why my screen was unattached. He said he wanted my code to test the camera before re attaching the screen. Since the repairs week ago there appeared a very tinny bright green spot in the upper portion of the screen. Now it has grown to a black dot and a long bright pink line. I took it back today and they proceeded to explain that this was not their issue. It was my phone however, this problem was not there prior to the camera installation. They offered no options or help. I would highly not recommend this location due to the possibility of further damage to your phone During the repair. I can only hope that the previous phone I saw them working on with a knife on the main counter. Doesn't have major issues as well. I'm not looking for a free fix. I'm just looking for the truth and help getting my phone back to its original state with a new camera. I do not recommend this place for repairs of very technical and expensive phones.

Its been nothing but a Neverending ordeal of harassment and regret and anger. Never use this company if it can be helped. Their staff did nothing to warn us of their shady business practices either. I've been a steadfast supporter of Cellular Sales, a certified dealer for Verizon, for many years…read morenow, but my experience since September of last year compels me to share my story, in hopes that no one else has to endure what I have. My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault. The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray. For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened. My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales. My hope in sharing this is that it might prevent similar distress for others and prompt Cellular Sales to take immediate action to resolve such grave errors in the future.Sincerely, Brendon
