We were scammed by a rep named Kyle he made us think we were going to pay $285 for our phones and tablet a month but received a consistent bill for $430 a month. And you are probably think yeah that happens on accident well it didn't. In order to make a sale he decided that he wasn't going to tell us if we wait 3 more months we could have been paying that price. Instead at the end of everything he was smiles and giggles while our new phones were syncing together and told oh hey your new phones have two numbers but its free well guess what in order to make the deal the new phones need to be on another number will a new service plan. I guess long story short we are still paying for the iphone 14s and the iphone 15s. And when i called in we found another issue the iphone 14s we already had never received the trade in value because they said they lost it. I now have to pay off $600 for phones that we have not owned in a while. Save your time and money and go to another phone store you will end up paying a car payment here for 3 phones read more

Nick was absolutely AMAZING to work with. He made trading my (half broken) iPhone 11 Pro for a 14 Pro seamless. AT&T stores in general are not very helpful so I was pleasantly surprised with this location. I didn't lose any photos or anything like previous times because he was educated and told me exactly what to do. Sadly AT&T is very spotty in the area where I spend most of my time so I will likely be switching to Verizon, but I would highly recommend this store for trade ins/new phones. read more

this is the worst customer service I have ever come across I was actually threatened by the Account rep. He grabbed me and threw me out the door saying that I was loud which I wasn't, I was just trying to get a service cancellation. They actually kept my drivers license and call 911 on me. I did not do anything wrong as I was asking for a return on the phone and the Lady was insisting that I needed the original box. This is really embarrassing and it's one of the worst customer service experience of my life. Please stay away from the store. They had big black guy to try to bully me and threating me. read more

Just had the absolute worst experience here and with AT& T customer care- after being on the phone with AT&T for 4 hours and 3 different reps, trying to activate my new phone, they messed up activating my e-sim card so I ended up with two phones that completely shut down. Couldn't make calls in or out. Nothing. So I had to drive to this AT&T store to have them fix it. The first time I was there, the rep said the phones are so messed up I have to use physical SIM cards now because the e-sim is corrupted. He replaces e-sims in both my new & old phone. I leave- both phones are now glitchy, no one can hear me over the phone, data won't work. Just a mess! I decide a few hours later that there's definitely an issue, so I drive back and arrive at 5:30pm. The doors are locked! Not supposed to close until 7pm. A girl gets up and cracks the door and says "we already have enough customers to help until close, you'll have to come back tomorrow" what!?!? I go back the next day and Hassan & Myles help me. I explain how frustrated I am and that I need a working phone and that I want to exchange the new phone because it's messed up before I've even had a chance to use it. Finally, after a lot of pushback Hassan says he'll order me a new one. Miles processes the order while I'm there. Says it's finished and will arrive in a few days. I wait a few days and hear nothing. I call them, Miles answers and says "oh I'm glad you called! When you left that day, the order didn't go through! So Hassan is just going to go find one for you at another store, we will call you tomorrow with it" . Next day, I call, Hassan says, "oh I don't know why he said I'd have a phone for you today. But I'll work on it now". He calls me a few hours later and says, well the only store that has one is in Tucson, and I'm not driving to Tucson to get it. So, you have to come back in and we can order it the right way and it'll be delivered in a few days. Back to square one and I have to drive down there AGAIN for the 3rd time!!! You won't believe me when I tell you, that when I arrive at the store, sit down for about 30mins while Hassan is running around making phone calls- that he comes and tells me, I'm so sorry but the phone you want is out of stock. So no one even bothered to check before I drove down here for the 3rd time!?!?! He offers me a $50 credit. There is a phone available in the color I want but it has more memory- I said the least you guys can do is waive the cost difference between the two phones because of everything I've been through. He says no , management won't allow it. Then he says... just go to Apple, they'll get you a refurbished phone or can diagnose and fix your phone issue. This was a full week of lies and empty promises to fix my issue. I'm back at square one and I'm beyond upset!!! My husband and I went into this AT&T store today needing help with Christmas gifts and also, lowering our monthly bill. Elijah assisted us with amazing customer service, patience and a bit of humor too! I really wish that more AT&T stores and it's reps were like this. Elijah listened to what it was that we were there for, gave us a few different options and explained each option thoroughly. My husband and I were truly impressed by the service we received by not just Elijah but also the store manager. Great Customer Service is becoming increasingly hard to find and yet was easily found here. I've left several AT&T stores frustrated before, fuming and on the verge of canceling my service. This was not the case today. This is now our go to store for anything AT&T related! Hands down the best!! read more

I've never written a bad review before, but this is truly ridiculous. Long story short, I upgraded my device at this store with Olivia. She was lovely; I thought we hit it off. She told me there would be a $30 fee on my next bill I for each line J upgraded but that if I went into the app and hit "dispute fee" on my bill, that it would go away. She said I could even call in and she would help me. She told me all of this unequivocally. Sure enough, my bill posted a few weeks later and I called to have her help me because the "dispute fee" thing wasn't working. Olivia wasn't there but I explained everything to a co-worker of hers who told me she would be able to credit me the upgrade fees since she told me they would be removed. I finally was able to get ahold of her and her response was, "If the trick doesn't work, the fees have to stay. It's just a little hack but recently it hasn't been working for people." I told her what her co-worker had said about crediting it and she said, "No." Olivia lied, period. She told me this trick would work; not that it "might" or "should". This is unprofessional to say the least. If you come to this store - or any store really - do not take anyone's word for it. I have no idea what kind of training is going on, but obviously they are being taught to pedal misinformation and to treat "hacks" as concrete procedures. Just beware. read more

Elijah was super knowledgeable and so so nice! We were helping an elderly friend who is so ill she can't drive to the store and Elijah helped us get all her contacts transferred to her new phone.
