Went in today to learn about new plans. The person who helped me, Nick, was rude and condescending. He answered all questions in a dismissive manner. "What do you mean," he would ask in an annoyed tone before speeding through a reluctant answer. It was clear he did not want to deal with customers. He also had an AirPod in the whole time and even took a personal call while he was talking to me. Ultimately, he told me to get help by calling the AT&T number. When I did call the number, the person on the line informed me that this could've been done in the store. read more

I went this this retail office after a horrible experience with the Bayaud --by the a target in Aurora. This store on Garden Dr fixed my problem right away, the guy that helped me was so friendly and really made me have faith in AT&T again. If you are debating on going to this store or the one near Aurora mall definitely go here. read more

I visited the store twice. Neither of the two clerks wear uniforms or situate themselves so that customers know they are employees. One of them is OK. The other was too busy watching videos to serve anyone. She gave me a number to call to answer my question. The number was wrong, and she refused to provide additional assistance. This wouldn't happen if AT&T made any attempt to supervise the employees at this store. I won't be shopping here again, and I will be disconnecting all service with AT&T in the near future. read more

My father and I went to this store and the associate by the name of Jason Barajas was awesome. He has such great customer service. He went above and beyond. I was very grateful for his kindness and knowledge in taking care of me and my father. As a retired veteran, he thanked me for my service and made me feel proud to serve. He's very knowledgeable and fast when taking care of his customers. He met all our needs. My father purchased a iPhone12 and Jason was kind enough to give us a charger/phone case. He purchased this out of his own pocket. My father and I are very grateful for him. His supervisor was also very kind. It's a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this store. read more

Employees are so rude and disrespectful. They are nice for a new customers but if you need help after that they don't give a crap about you. Those asian guy should learn how to treat people right. First to begin my two friends and I decided to make a quick stop to buy a phone what we didnt expect is the lack of attention from the workers is astonishing, in a span of 45 minutes not one single employee of the three thought it appropriate to ask or greet one of us which seemed understandable as we thought they were busy BUT to my surprise one employee had time enough to greet the couple after us, AND tell them how they would get help right after, I stepped outside because the lack of ethic in this store is too much, dont act like youre doing anyone a favor :/ your job is to help everyone and anyone looking for questions about the carrier. If you were considering making a short drive here Id suggest to take the extra minutes and get your service done right elswhere. read more

After receiving horrible customer service at the AT&T store near the SuperTarget at Chambers & Alameda (I wrote a one star review on that store), we went to this store to see if we could get my mother-in-law's phone sorted out. Wow, night and day difference in the customer service we received at this store. We had EXCELLENT service here; they were professional, friendly, helpful, and were able to help us sort out the phone service. I had a pretty poor experience with trying to activate a new phone a few days ago at this location, which left me more than frustrated leaving the store. Having to go back a second time, I knew I was going to be not happy with the experience. I was greeted quickly by all the employees and met by the store manager, Peter. He was professional, helpful, a great problem solver, and most importantly, understood how to fix my problem. This AT&T Location is by far one of my favorites! I have had many poor experiences in the last 6 months trying to add a family plan on to my existing plan that I have had since 2008. I am a huge advocate for Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Loyalty with a business. I recently added 3 new lines this summer and was given the runaround by another local AT&T Retailer and some of the people in the Sales Department. I spent many months on the phone with AT&T trying to get billing issues resolved. Needless to say it was becoming a huge headache. I went into this store location to add my brother on to my plan and Geo and Boris really went above and beyond with their customer service! I had almost lost faith in AT&T, but the customer service they provided me was some of the best I have ever seen. It really restored my opinion of a company that I have done business with for a decade. Thankyou Geo and Boris! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After much fighting with AT&T on the phone, we finally resolved the issue that was created by this store not doing their job and making sure our account was closed the day we went in on November 12, 2018. We were charged for three months of service after that on an unlocked and ported tablet that we were made to believe was turned off of service on Nov. 12. If you use this store, I would make sure that they do what they said they would do and you have verifiable proof of it. As it was, the main reason why we left AT&T was that the employees at this store took advantage of my elderly mother and sold her equipment she didn't need and instead of trying to get her the right plan, kept her on one that continued to charge for data overages. She had no idea they had her on such a terrible plan until I looked at it a few days later. Shop elsewhere!! read more

Went in to get number transferred and contacts downloaded from Verizon account to AT&T on wife's phone. Jergen was the associate that assisted us. Very impressed with his character and knowledge. (Even though he is a Raiders Fan.. ( Go HAWKS ) In fact I ended up changing my carrier to AT&T as well. read more
