I'm going to leave this review solely based on the positive experience of three members of the team here at the store and not on the service of the carrier. For the record, I've been with Verizon Business for twenty six years, mainly due to the cellular reception here in Denver and throughout the rural West where I still travel to climb, backpack and enjoy the beauty of our rural country. Verizon's cellular service is tops, but their customer service stinks as well as their plans and pricing. Ok... I went to TMobile for their top of the line plan including Satellite service. Nick the representative handled everything very well. But it was me who was a bit nearsighted as I should have double checked the service at my home, located in the mid City, before venturing to TMobile. The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile. read more

I have never had someone go to bat for me on a phone like Monalisa did today. She absolutely would not take no for answer and was a true advocate for me. I feel heard and defended. I'm still here and have no idea if I'm going to pay nothing or $1,000.00 for these two phones but I will say if you need a place to go where they ACTUALLY care. Come here. To many problems with tmobile, they are so rude over the phone on 311. They dont help they only help themselves and the company. They messed up on their end but I had to end up paying out of pocket for their mistake. I hate tmobile and Im so bad they didnt help me. Horrible service. In the office, they sold us 3 phone lines, 2 phones and home internet. They claimed that everything would work without a hitch. We felt good when we left the store. When we got home, however, that's when all the problems started; NONE of the products and services met our needs and nearly five days later, we are still not up-and-running. Stopped in on a very busy Sunday morning. Greeted multiple times and informed that we would be helped as soon as possible. We were interested in getting more info on their internet service. Johnny assisted us and got us set up with our new modem so when we got home we just needed to plug it in and connect to it. Whole transaction was very quick. waited 30 minutes for at the associate from the store discuss snowboard this the customer in front of me. when it was my turn I was told that the warranty exchange I was going to do for t-mobile sync-up $100 devices that were less than a year old were going to cost me $20 per device to exchange. their own devices don't work and yet I have to pay even more money for new ones. I went to this store Sunday night because my phone had been freezing and dropping calls, so I wanted to upgrade. I wasn't greeted when I came in, then when someone began to help he. He said "you have a spending limit of $400, so you will have to put down $800 today to get the phone then pay $36 for 30 months" (btw $36 for 30 months would be $1,080, after I already put down $800 so my $1,100 phone would then cost me $1,880) doesn't make any sense because then I would be way overpaying for the phone. He then said " I work on commission trust me I wanna sell you this phone". So I went in the next day, without even opening my account he told me the exact same speech about how it was the only option, then called his manager over who then mansplained the whole thing to me again. Even tho there reasoning and math was complete off. They wouldn't listen to me at all, they continuously talked over me and said you either pay 800 or you pay in full. It was extremely frustrating. The manager at this store is just as rude as his employees, and I wouldn't recommend going here for anything because they will not even try to look for other options. And I doubt they would even set the phone up right after over-charging you. Later that night I went to the T-Mobile off of 16th and Market, turned in my old iPhone for $800 and upgraded to the IPhone 13 Pro Max without spending a single dollar. So if you need to go to a T-Mobile I would recommend going to 16th and market! It's a great location, awesome energy and the employees do their jobs with respect ensuring that they use every deal they can for the customer, and the manager has manners! read more

The sales lady here had all attitude last night. I went into the store to change carriers and get a new phone. The sales lady approached me with all attitude, I apparently had a big frown on my face from the way she was speaking to me. She then asked if everything was all right. I exchanged about two more sentences with her before realizing that it was better to go elsewhere. I do not recommend going here, they apparently don't train their staff on appropriate customer service! read more

I popped in to add a data feature to my T-Mobile plan for up upcoming travels over the next three months. Maury greeted me right away and explained the add-on feature that I was seeking. She even offered to bring me a cup of water from the break room when I asked whether there was any water fountain around. There was a little hiccough adding the feature using the tablet computer, but it was sorted very quickly through a phone call. I just had a great experience at the South Colorado T-Mobile store in Denver! I had traded up to the latest iPhones at another T-Mobile store, but (through my own fault) neglected to send the old phones back to T-Mobile. Eddy, the manager, and his staff Diego, Evo, and Estabon spent a good deal of their time, while still serving the other walk-ins and phone calls, researching what had happened, and were extremely helpful and courteous, even when it became apparent that I had messed up. Once I found the phones to turn in, they printed out the shipping labels and boxed them up for me to return to the post office. It is service above and beyond like they provided that builds strong relationships and customer loyalty! read more

I came in to switch my service over to T-Mobile. There was a couple people in there but the staff was kind and let everyone know they would be with them. There was a lady ahead of me that was just screaming and acting like a child but the staff handled it very well. Courtney J helped me out and was super nice and extremely helpful. She was very patient with me as I had a long day and was asking questions over and over. Definitely a store I'd go back to when I need something. read more
