Crazy it just comes down to the individual associate. Thanks, Jacob and Cherry Creek Verizon! Go to this one and not the CO/Evans location.

We replied we were just looking and walked down looking for PS Vita games. We were then greeted by another worker who welcomed us and asked what we were looking for. He led us right to be PS Vita section and showed us the new games and used games. Then asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. He looked it up and when he didn't have any in stock offered to buy and ship it to our home OR we could check out two other stores in the area showing that they had it!! The service here is so outstanding I **HAD** to log on and tell them and everyone. I have no clue why the other reviews are so low. But I did find out the store was recently taken over by new management so I hope that was it because the service here is really good. :)

I paid extra for a warranty at this store and got SCAMMED for my trouble…read more When I bought my controller, the employee sold me a protection plan by telling me I could bring the controller in and walk out with a brand new one. No mention of a time limit. No mention of any conditions. No mention that "new" actually meant "whatever used controller is sitting in the back." When I finally used it, they took my working-ish controller and handed me a used one in worse condition than what I brought in. The buttons stopped responding almost immediately after I left the store. So I paid extra money for the privilege of downgrading to a broken controller. I came back to swap it out and was told they couldn't do anything for me. They knowingly handed me defective used hardware under a plan that was sold to me as a new-for-old exchange, and then refused to stand behind it. So to recap: I was misled about what the warranty covered, misled about what I'd receive, given a broken product, and then denied any remedy on a plan I paid extra for. That's not a warranty. That's a fee for nothing. Don't buy the protection plan here. Get whatever you're told in writing, or just buy your accessories somewhere with a real return policy.

For the record, I've been with Verizon Business for twenty six years, mainly due to the cellular reception here in Denver and throughout the rural West where I still travel to climb, backpack and enjoy the beauty of our rural country. Verizon's cellular service is tops, but their customer service stinks as well as their plans and pricing. Ok... I went to TMobile for their top of the line plan including Satellite service. Nick the representative handled everything very well. But it was me who was a bit nearsighted as I should have double checked the service at my home, located in the mid City, before venturing to TMobile. The service at TMobile is non existent at my home! Incredulous I say! TMobile touts its coverage in Denver and other cities as the best of the best. Not here! Anyway, I let the porting of my number expire from Verizon and both assistant managers, Simone and Johnny helped me on two visits to return the new IPhone 17 Pro Max and credit my card and closed the account with professionalism and genuine consumer service. It's too bad that TMobile didn't work at my home for I will reluctantly return to Verizon Business and deal with their customer service which falls far short in comparison to TMobile.

Right after I purchased a case for my new iphone at the Apple store in the mall we stumbled on this kiosk full of eye catching cell phone accessories. Shiny cases, Bluetooth headsets and other various bling for phones caused us to pause briefly wondering if I had missed something exciting. At that point the sales guy literally pounced on us. I told him I had JUST bought a case for my phone and just wanted to browse. Mr. Grabby Hands demanded to see my phone and pulled it out of my brand new case. He also began a schpiel about a new-fangled clear rubber 'coating' he could apply to my phone in order to make it shock proof and scratch proof. He waved a coated phone at us and allowed us to feel the rubbery substance but we were not allowed to examine the phone directly. As part of the coating deal we could purchase case for 50% off. He finally disclosed the price - $30 for the coating and cases were $30 ($15 with the deal). I said i would come back when i got tired of the brand new case whereupon he surrendered my phone, dropped me like a hot potato and walked back to the register. The coating did look pretty cool and I can't seem to find it anywhere on a Google search. If you want to investigate hide your phone in your pocket and pretend you are shopping for your grandma's Jitterbug!
