The manager then wrote down a phone number for us to call for help that ended up being a scam asking my mother in law for her checking account info before they would even talk about helping with her password!!!!! My Nintendo Switch took a nasty fall last night. So I headed to Gamestop with my year warranty and boy was I in for a suprise. I had the headphones in a small bag over my shoulder, revealing it's story to the associate behind the counter -Arben. Arben wasted zero time explaining also I could re-up my warranty for less than $10 dollars. Explaining again the unfortunate situation of also being completely broke, Arben paused. When I looked back behind the counter moments later after I DC Universe commerical caught my eye featuring Penquin From Batman Returns (Duck Car included!!), I noticed Arben (the associate) had vanished. I followed to where I could see someone crouching - It was Arben with the same headphones only CHEAPER! All said and done, I waited for affirmation we were good when Arben muttered "Let me see something- hang on." I was handed 34 cents and also told my warrenty for the headphone for the next year was free!! FREE and I got paid!! WHAT!! GameStop is just as the name states with workers like Arben who thrive for a visit you won't soon forget. Everytime I'm blown away by prices but now a complete suprise I couldn't have expected anywhere else!

In fact my issue wasn't resolved in fact I was there after hours at no time did anyone rush me or try to dismiss my issues with my phone. In fact I said I'll come back the next day.. if the problem isn't resolved. Next day, and long story short both Hunter and Jay resolved my issue. My faith in Verizon is restored. Deducted 2 stars because I stated numerous times that I was NOT interested in any Disney+ or internet or any accessories. I know they "have to ask" but I also wasn't disclosed that they'd be changing actual phone plan. Nobody ever told me that nor did I ask for it. I simply wanted a new phone on my existing plan. When I called a week later after getting a bill, they said "oh we upgraded your plan too!". My bill went from $125 to $185. Not cool.

I then decided to go to a different Verizon store and Jacob told me they could order a refurbished phone at no charge per my insurance that I have been paying. Crazy it just comes down to the individual associate. Thanks, Jacob and Cherry Creek Verizon! Go to this one and not the CO/Evans location.

Each time my experience has been great! PROs: ++ The associates go over your plan with you to ensure that you're getting the best bang for your buck! Turns out I've been paying for a data plan I don't even take advantage of. Yeesh! ++ Now that AT&T bought Directv they offer some great packages that include tv service. ++ Location is always clean and neat! ++ Lots of promotions, usually running for accessories. Most recently, if you bought three or more accessories you got 30% off of them. Since I needed a case, screen protector, and additional charging cable; this was a no-brainer! CONs: -- My most recent visit did take a while, mostly due to getting my data transferred from the old to new phone. Not a big problem since I was the only person there when I arrived. AT&T overall has taken great care of me over the years (I've been a customer for at least seven years). I'll def continue to use this location for most of my mobile needs!

Just assume any problem you have will never be addressed until you switch to a difference provider and have to pay AT&T their ridiculous fees to do so.
