DO NOT go to this store. They totally took advantage of me, telling me with FirstNet I get a "free" Apple Watch that is only $50 to activate with no strings attached, but also $50 to return if I opened the box, but I could gift it to somebody. I insisted I did not need another Apple Watch, since I already have one. The salesman kept insisting this watch would only be $50, and would not take no as an answer. The salesman told me he did not know if this watch had a cellular service attached to it, which I was not wanting in the first place, and did not even know what size this watch was when he sold it to me. On my most recent AT&T/FirstNet Bill there is an installment plan for 36 months for this "free" Apple Watch, and if I try to cancel this service I will be charged $530. SCAMMER!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! New customer beware don't come to this money scamming so called business. All the workers here are incompetent scammers especially MASON MOON AND MANAGER LUCAS SANTOS. On 4/1/22 Mason Moon reeled me in under false pretenses with $50 annual promotion only to secretly add fees becoming $200 phone bill. He promised me it would be under $100. AT&T claims they are better and faster than T-Mobile (I was originally T-Mobile customer trying to upgrade) but you guys are far worse!! Far more unprofessional. Your store doesn't even have a printer, you don't even offer the option to provide all receipts and documents from transaction. Are you kidding me? Just to get to you location I spent my valuable time, gas, emotions and energy for nothing. Had to come back again second time NEXT DAY after Mason sold me fake deal to return the phone. Manager Lucas gave me his phone number in case any issues arise on the terminated account. On 4/8/22 I get an email from AT&T saying I have remaining balance to pay even after having terminated my account. I called Lucas to get help but he refused and straight up HUNG UP ON ME. How does a manager hang up on you? If a store leader can't even help you how can the rest of the incompetent sales reps help you? Lucas was aggressive and tried to lessen his job responsibility so he doesn't have to clean up his mess and told me to be "proactive" and call 1800 AT&T number to sort everything out myself. I'm in the mess because of you! Do you not realize that? I want this night Are to end. I have not done anything wrong and don't owe you anything scammers! You owe me my time and money back!! Went into the store to purchase a NEW phone because someone stole my phone. The rep said oh well if you get family plan protection then youlll be able to file a claim and it will be cheaper...he was 100% incorrect. Went through the entire process of a claim until the rep told me that you can't get insurance after the fact. Horrible experience. iPad activation and service was incorrectly added to account. After being billed for it, had to return to the store to get a refund. Sales associate had no ability to handle the situation. No ability to communicate. The other associates just stood around playing on their phones. I read reviews of this store before I headed there and had low expectations, but I was wrong. Clearly service depends on who takes care of you. Our sales consultant, Jessica Bayard, was smart, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We bought a new iPhone and got all our questions answered. We found out things we didn't know and we had been buying iPhones and getting AT&T contracts for years. This place would have gotten 5 stars, if they had not tried to screw me over. One of their people decided to switch me from my unlimited data plan to a 3GB, like i asked for that? All I needed was a new sim card for my new phone. It was a quick 5 minute appointment. Then the next day I'm getting notifications that I have gone over my 3GB of data and I'm being charged $50 dollars. So I call and they inform me that my plan changed when I went to the store. Luckily it's being reversed, but if I had not noticed after 30 days it would of been permanent. Don't go here if you can avoid it, they are incompetent. read more

Know what you are singing before you do! They lie to sell things here! I went to this store to buy a I phone, They told me about deal going on on IPad mini, $100 and $10 a month. I bought it cuz it was a good deal. But since I have a family account and my account holder friend wasn't there she told me that she will give me a temporarily number so I can go transfer this to my regular account. I left to store me and my friend tried to transfer this account for a month but it did not happen. I spent my all day on the phone with att and in this store. I had a bill a month later for $304 without using any date or even the IPad. Then to transfer I have to pay this but if I wanted to cancel I had to pay early determination fee $240 Also when I called att costumer service 4 time all of the representatives told me I cannot transfer the account before 60 days of use. So to began with there was no way to transfer this account. They sold me a 15gb plan without I knew it and never got a bill or anything for it till I get in to att store to transfer this account. I spent all my Friday to do this and miss all day of work. Today I came back to a store and told them all the notes costumer service representative told me that they made a mistake in this store and I should not pay $300 bill for something I don't even need and I never knew that I was singing up. While I have another $350 bill I pay ever month for my regular account. They lie to sell things here. Know what you are getting in to before you sign anything! They ended up giving no whole thing back as a credit but it took me a 2 months of work and a lot of phone calls.... read more

The murderers and gypsies on 16th st mall will treat you better than this store. The 14 day return policy for new customers is a lie. No one will tell you there is a $45 restocking fee, you have to flip over the receipt and read the fine print after you have already paid. You will have better luck arguing with the mimes down the street, at least they are upfront about robbing you. This store also has a "micro cell" hooked up to their store internet. Meaning, in the store you will enjoy 5 bars, walk 50 ft away and 1 bar. At my home in metro Denver (Broadway/1st), 1 bar. AT&T has terrible cell service in Denver proper and infuriating customer service at this store. For the record, customer service was excellent when they wanted my money as a new customer, as soon as you pay and are handed a receipt, kiss those sweet customer reps goodbye. *UPDATE* AT&T online reps solved all issues and extremely helpful. Wow I have never dealt with people who could care less about their jobs. I walked in to get my phone fixed and immediately they told me I need to go to the apple store. I pay you close to $3k a year for my family plan and that is the respect I receive. Then they told me I need to file a claim....you think at that point they would provide assistance, but nope, they handed me a brochure with a number to call. I called ahead as another reviewer suggested and they assisted me within 5 minutes of checking me in although it was incredibly busy. I was assisted while I filled out an online insurance claim that they could have just sent me home to do but I appreciated having some one stand by. They were kind enough to immediately set up my old phone while I wait for the next one to come in a few days and held the door open for me while I left. AT&T did nothing to try and get my business. They're currently offering $100 off trade-in but the sales guy tried to tell me my phone had been wet. So he offered me only $3. What a joke! I asked if he would match the $50 off Best Buy was offering on iPhones, he said, NO! Well, sorry guys, you could have made over $2000 from me on a two-year contract but nothing. If you want to receive terrible service and mysterious charges on your credit card, get U-Verse. I was a customer for five years and before moving to a new state I dropped off all of my equipment at UPS. Two months later AT&T charged my credit card $175 claiming that I failed to return a modem. Why would I take the time to send back everything else except for a modem that I can't use? I have spent over four hours on the phone with multiple reps who will say they are transferring you to a higher lever... then you will get disconnected and have to start over again. Then they will tell you that you will be credited and then not do it. UPS doesn't even give tracking numbers for these orders because they throw multiple of these u-verse shipments in one box, which works out great for ATT when you are trying to prove that you sent them something. I was originally planning on using u-verse again when I get into my new house in colorado, however, after this garbage I discourage anyone from ever using their services. read more

Great customer service last Wednesday. I was from out of town and returning a phone. I didn't have the box or any paperwork and there were other issues but Alex (I hope I am remembering his name correctly) and his manager quickly worked through the issues to complete the return. I was trading in for an IPhone that they didn't have in stock so they helped me find one at the local Apple Store and sent me on my way. I felt like Customer satisfaction was more important to them than a phone sale. I did book an on line appointment which I recommend. Top notch. read more

He was very patient as I made lots of calls to coordinate with my parents on the billing and plan situations. 4 hours after walking in I walked out with my new phone. Okay so my phone dies this morning on my way to the airport to fly to Denver and return to NY in three days. Staying near the 16th Street Mall, so I decide to just buy another phone and be done with it. Go on Yelp and read some good reviews and some bad reviews. I decide to walk the 1/2 mile in the freezing cold. Upon entering this establishment I was greeted by 5 employees who were smiling. So I say, I am here to buy the cheapest nastiest phone you can sell me because I am not a phone person but I need a phone. The Stars were aligned or I just plain lucked out but I got Jessica to help me and it was the best experience I have had buying a phone my entire life. Any visit to this location requires three follow-up calls to AT&T and then a return trip back to the store to tell them how to do something that they should have known how to do in the first place. If anything needs to be done, its not something that they do not do at the store (they think) or someone else's problem. I have probably wasted five hours over the last couple of years dealing with things that could have been non-issues if the staff here actually knew what they were talking about. Most recent was replacement of tempered glass on a defective phone that AT&T took back and replaced (at a different location) and directed me return to where I bought for easy replacement of glass. Sales person at this location insisted that it was a glass problem and that they couldnt do anything about it. Of course, follow-up with AT&T confirmed salesperson was wrong and that it should be replaced by AT&T and had nothing to do with the glass manufacturer, so the trip down there was a waste and shouldnt be. I would stay away from this location. And I will be doing so for now on, too. read more

I went in with a damaged phone, and as I walked in I was greeted by an employee named cat who was on her phone. As I walked in she greeted me after putting her phone away, and we proceeded to discuss phones. Her overall attitude was very poor towards me as I felt she didnt really even want to give me the time of day. I told her how I was unfamiliar to what iphones out there are better, and she basically just told me to pick one. I was trying to make light of the whole environment I felt thrown into but she continued to begrudgingly help me. I looked around and saw how other employees were helping other customers and it made me somewhat frustrated as she just wanted me out of there. I decided on a phone, asked about storage and I felt she began to belittle me due to my lack of knowledge of how cell phones work and essentially rushed me into purchasing a phone and getting me out of the store. I would recommend going to another store, of if you were to go to this store make sure you get someone who doesnt need a break, or is overall unhappy with your presence. read more

I truly have never encountered a store with less professionalism and more incompetence. Sure, they were nice when I was giving them my business and money. However, once it was clear that AT&T could not provide service in my own home (which was clear when the store worker called my phone while I was at home and had to hang up on me because we couldn't communicate) as well as the less than clear service as I drove around Denver, the "service" and smiles quickly left. The utter refusal to work with my husband and me to resolve the issue was quite evident. Then, the same worker who had to hang up on me, yelled at me and accused me of "going behind his back" when we opted to return the phones so we could actually get service (actual phone service as well as customer service with Verizon - who I would highly recommend at this point). Then, a month later when we got the bills for the phones (which had been returned within one day), I had to spend over an hour and a half on the phone with customer service as the store didn't know how to handle the situation and, apparently, information/returns in the store don't always get relayed to the billing department (huh?). The final time I called the store to fix my bill, the store manager hung up on me. I would give this store a Zero simply for the lack of phone service but a million negatives if I could for the service that the three people I dealt with in the store provided. It's easy to get high ranks when people don't have problems, true customer service and professionalism comes when dealing with customers that your company cannot provide phone service too - and this store failed miserably.
