We came to find out later that they didn't bother to run a camera near the area that had been opened for the phone. The problems continued, and we paid another company $225 to find out our line had a total separation. Wizards came back, claimed the separation and subsequent problems were not their fault (despite none of the problems existing prior to opening the line to get the phone), and refused to fix it without charging us.
