Also, you cannot speak to a human on the phone for support, you must chat via their website which takes three times as long to resolve issues since the agents don't pay attention. I'd have to repeat answers I already told them 2 times before. Really wish I could've stayed with them since they had the best price and features, but I need a reliable network and to be able to speak to agents as needed. As long as you can get a decent signal where you are, I'd highly recommend them.
