Incorrect listed hours not only for today (Thursday) but Mon-Sat as well

I checked via Apple Maps what time the Cherry Creek Mall location closed tonight (Thursday) and it said 9pm per the information posted online. I walked into the store at 7:50pm and immediately upon my arrival key holder Mazey walked directly up to me invading my personal space with tone and alot of attitude in her voice telling me the store closed in less than 10 minutes, I then told her that I was unaware and was informed online otherwise. She continued to have more attitude and said well it isn't Friday and we don't close at 9pm on Thursdays, again I relayed what I looked at and ensured I would be quick, as I only came into the store to look at stockings, after I walked over to the stockings, her as well as all the other associates started to bad mouth me behind cash wrap while I wasn't even 5 feet away, extremely unprofessional. After not finding a suitable pair of stockings, I walked back over to the cash wrap and showed her the Apple Maps hours provided, she immediately like a miracle dropped her tone and adjusted her attitude. She was silenced after proving I was correct, then said that was weird, I then turned around to leave, but noticed on my way out she nor the other employees didn't harass the white customers that came in after me about the minutes left before closing. I found her behavior childish and unnecessary considering the wrong hours posted is a reflection of store management not me.

What happened to the days when you could walk into UO and pick up some super cute cheap, cheap, cheap clothes? I saw an adorable tunic shirt on a mannequin when I was in the mall today and went to explore. $78? Are you kidding? Those are anthro prices. I'm sensing a seismic shift - Urban Outfitters is the new Anthropologie, and Anthro is the new Free People. I'm not sure what's after Free People...they will have to invent an expensive new store. I probably won't be cool enough to shop there, so I will never know. That said, I *did* buy a shirt at Urban (not the tunic) and it's more than I wanted to pay but when my blood sugar is low, I sometimes make bad decisions. Note #1 to self: keep snack bars on hand for future shopping spree emergencies. Note #2: When did shoulder pads and espadrilles come back? I can tell it's been waaaaay too long since I've been shopping. However, if you're in the market for a cute sushi stapler, you can pick one up here. Later gater.

Just returned my some items and had the worst customer service ever. The cashier was rude, off putting and belittling.

I just moved a piece of fine furniture into my kitchen…read more When was the last time you ordered a piece of furniture and got something * MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL* than what you were expecting? That was my experience with ordering a pantry from Modern Bungalow. It took a few months to arrive, because Amish master craftsmen took the time to build an absolutely stunning piece of furniture, from carefully chosen pieces of gorgeous maple wood. If the pantry were small enough to fit on a dresser, I'd call it a jewelry box; it's that beautiful. The pantry is amply-sized. Using traditional hand-tooled and mortise-and-tenon joinery techniques, the pantry is meticulously constructed. The substantially deep shelves, which I have already loaded with giant heavy canned goods (like San Marzano tomatoes, for making my famous pasta sauce), and bottles of imported vinegars and California's finest olive oils, not to mention a cartload of baking supplies, provide ample storage for any manner of pantry goods, and the hardware used for the pantry doors is substantial enough to keep them from ever sagging. Thank you, Modern Bungalow, for helping me to obtain an heirloom-quality pantry that my kids will likely fight over some day, right after my funeral.

Solid Beauty, Stylish Comfort…read more I've never had a crush on a piece of furniture. That was before Modern Bungalow. The sight of my headboard now makes me sigh happily like a school girl. It all started when I couldn't find the right bedframe. The decor style of our home has been inspired by The designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and Charles Rene Macintosh; hardwood, understated, tasteful. But I could not find anything that suited me. Thanks to Modern Bungalow, our Cal King wooden headboard was custom created, delivered, and assembled - it will last a lifetime. I am in love with the warm rich honeyed hues of the wood and elegant design details. The solid construction provides a foundation for nights of restful sleep.

Lynn and Maurice have transformed me from a regular, to a bad** plant mom for years; thanks to the…read moreRosehouse!! I purchased plenty of air plants, aloe vera plants, etc., Angelica, the store's resident one-eyed cat is super cute. I fell in love with her instantly. I bought a really nice plant with a glass container as my first one. This was years ago; I wasn't experienced in keeping plants and ended up failing my first one. The staff, mainly Lynn, ended up attempting to revive my plant and kept care for about 2 weeks. I returned and she ended up giving me a new one. She taught me so much about plant food, sun exposure; I learned so much about plant care ever since. The Rosehouse has been featured on numerous websites, articles and they even have their very own Podcast: Up The Plants! Lynn shares what inspired her love of plants and Maurice talks about how one plant in particular ruined his dating life. Unfortunately, I only see about 3 active episodes, but this one can be useful to get in touch with your inner plant. Plus, it's witty and humorous. I love their summary of their podcast, nonetheless: "All Plant Everything. Why we love them? Where do they come from?, How do we take of them? We talk global traditional uses for medicine, spirituality, current trends and environmental implications. Come nerd out with us." The Rosehouse has mainly street parking and close to the Mutiny Information Café! I always made the tradition of visiting those 2 favorite shops of mine. The Rosehouse began delivering plants straight to your door, because of the temporary ban in store shopping. I really enjoyed walking inside Rosehouse, because of their classy vines, beautiful plant pots and unique species of plants: White Variegation Leaves, Snake Plants, Air Plants etc., just my favorite place to grow my collection! Thanks Lynn & Maurice.

The Joybird Elliot Apartment Corner Sectional was one of the only options I found that checked both boxes, and I also liked that it was made in the U.S. I went into the store so I could see the different fabrics in person and get a better sense of the style and construction. Suz helped me through the process and was awesome to work with. I was also able to purchase during a sale, which definitely helped with the overall value. I was quoted about five weeks for the sectional to arrive, and that estimate was accurate. Communication and delivery were smooth, everything arrived on time, and the delivery team did a great job getting everything set up. I've only had the sectional for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to long-term durability yet, but so far I'm extremely happy with it. I really like the fabric, which is soft and comfortable, and the cushions have a firmness that I really like without making the sofa uncomfortable. It's also surprisingly comfortable for napping. The length gives me the extra seating I wanted while the apartment-sized configuration works really well in my space. Overall, the entire experience, from shopping in the store through delivery, was easy, and I'm very happy with the sectional. Five stars from me.

Note, the couches are custom order and take 4-8 weeks to arrive (****not only ****3-4 weeks which is what the show room says to you). I was sold a mattress and a bed frame as well... This is why I am giving it a two star rating. I was told the mattress would get to me in 2 weeks and very quickly, along with the custom bed frame that was on sale. This was a total lie. The mattress took 8 weeks and I ended up canceling the bed frame order because the customer service couldn't even tell me how long it would be for the bed frame. The show room manager lied to me and said I would get a refund for the mattress on the phone. I had to call back to the customer service (which is not the show room...) and they let me know that NO refund would be delivered on the mattress once it was delivered (only the shipping fees - which I think were free? who knows - NOT Joybird). Also, I was under a medical condition where I was not able to bring in large furniture on my own. I was "sold" that all the items would be "white glove delivered". They are not, the mattress was delivered by Fed Ex and I had to move in the very heavy mattress on my own. I will not ever shop here again.
