HORRIBLE & zero stars if it were possible! The app instructs to visit a store to return an online purchase but after waiting almost an hour total, the very indifferent manager, DEVON, refused & told me I had to mail it back. It was a busy December Sunday, but he was hiding in the back. My initial wait for customer service was only about 15 minutes but Manager Devon, had me wait additional 35 minutes, only to be rude and completely uninterested in helping me. The store on Epps Bridge Parkway was an awful experience, never again. TIP: If you must stay w/ATT, go to COSTCO for MUCH BETTER DEALS and terrific service at the ATT kiosk. I had a disappointing experience last Thursday at this store. I had made an appointment online, and when I arrived at 11:00, I walked in, and not one of the three employees greeted me. All 7 people waiting looked sad and discouraged. I asked "Jo" who was sitting on the bench closest to me what was happening. She said, "Who knows?" Right then the female employee, aka "T" sitting with two customers yelled out "It's an hour wait right now. We are behind." I jokingly said, " I am glad I made an appointment so I won't have to wait that hour! I said, "I am ready to be waited on, with a big smile and walked to the center of the store. And then that hateful woman started in on me... "You can't come in here and think you can be waited on when all these others are in front of you, we are not stopping to wait on you." I then said, what is the point of making an appointment if you do not honor it???" Her triad lasted 3-4 minutes and when she took a breath, I said, I do not need to be lectured". And then she let me have it again with all of the excuses on why they were behind. I had already stopped listening She was bullying, abrasive, and insulting. When she was done making a fool out of herself in front of everyone and embarrassing me, she stated -" I am not going to talk to you again". I continued to stand awkwardly in the middle of the floor for the next 20 minutes. Neither of the two other workers offered to help me. One employee was working with two tables of people. The other with the black scarf man was working with an older couple. He kept looking up but did nothing to help my situation. Finally, at 11:28 she stood up and asked my name to put at #1 in the queue. Then she walked away and helped another woman. At 11:38, three other employees came in and one older Hispanic man looked at the board. i walked up to him and said, "I am next and asked if he could help me. I told him I had another appointment at noon and needed a new glass top for my phone since mine had cracked. I explained I had been to the store at Alps Rd and they didn't have my phone size there. He went and got it immediately and it took 7 minutes to put it on. I paid and left. Edwin the manager was not there that day. I called the store 3 different times on Friday and no one answered. There is usually a extremely long line to wait for service. If you reserve your spot online it's much easier. I made an appointment online and walked right in skipping everyone in line. Where should I even start...January weekday night, system outage and store pick up of online orders not possible through the regular system. After some fumbling, the supervisor found the picked orders in the back. Those orders were picked wrong. The supervisor was low-tone yelling at the salespeople for not keeping the tablets within an arm's distance from them. It was a pretty atrocious customer service experience. Definitely not a great experience today. I walked in and clearly stated that I had some questions and wasn't looking to purchase anything. I was sat down to wait for 45 minutes, which I understood. As soon as I was finally helped, the first thing out of the staff members mouth was trying to sell me something. Very misleading advice and lackluster service. They failed to explain something simple that will now cost myself and probably anyone else that came here a lot of money. I'm stuck here trying to fix a problem that should have been handled easily, according to how it was presented originally. They did make sure to thoroughly endorse some recalled cases they were selling cheap. Wish they would have spent more time being clear on the actual product. Now I'm without a phone, about to have pay for another after paying for the insurance, just got passed off to another employee while not being told it would be a 30 minute wait. My husband and I switched his line from Sprint to AT&T and were lied to by the sales representative in the store about how the program worked. We filed our last bill in January and assumed that it was take care of. Well it wasn't. Last Thursday Sprint drained my checking account. After spending hours on the phone with my bank, Sprint and AT&T I was told by AT&T that they never received it. We resubmitted it but was told it would take up to 3 months before we got anything back. I called AT&T back and spent hours on the phone and was told to drive to the store. So i drove to the store for them to do NOTHING! I called customer service back and was promised that they would be sending me a $150 gift card to help with the situation and I would have it in 5-7 days. Guess what? NEVER GOT IT! I called and spent over 5 hours on the phone for them to lie to me repeatedly. One told me that they did not see any notes about it, so it never happened. Several told me the switch company was responsible for sending it. Then one girl told me that she saw the notes and I would have to go online and register for it then it would be 3 weeks. Then the final "SUPERVISOR" if you can call her that informed me that they supposedly talked to my husband and could pull up the conversation where he refused $175 and in the same breath told me they do not do that. BUT she REFUSED to pull up the conversation where their employee told me he was going to issue me the gift card. Now is that not fishy? Even the gentleman that I spoke to a there 3rd party that handles the rebates tried to tell the customer service guy and he refused to listen.
