Went into the shop to ask about CBD products for back pain. Wow. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They knew details about the products and offered suggestions on which products may be most helpful based on our needs. I was not expecting the level of professionalism. In addition, the shop was well organized, clean, and like a glass museum. We do not use glassware, but I loved looking at the artful pieces. The staff knew all of the details about the glass as well. What a fun excursion. I learned so much. We are very happy with the products. They have provided pain relief without the gross CBD taste. Perfect! Thank you. I went there to get a pen battery and dude upsold to a $50 battery, assuring me there was virtually no chance my cartridge wouldn't fit. Well it didn't and now I'm out $50. Do not listen to these guys. I will never step foot into this or any cloud 9 store again. See ya. read more

I've been 5 plus times in the past month. Bought a panda mini, the button on it broke in two weeks. They gave me another one that turned itself on in my pocket and exploded. Went back and told them about it so they recommended the Wulf Duo, said they guaranteed I wouldn't have any problems. Brought it home and the Duo wouldn't even charge the first time. I came back two days later on my off day and they acted like I didn't know how to charge it and made me wait 45 minutes just to tell me what i already explained to them and sent me on my way with a contact for the company even though they sold me a product that never worked in the first place. So now I have to wait a month to get the pen Replacement and had to spend another $30 to ship it to california. I tried being nice but that clearly gets you nowhere. I'll never go back and you can make sure anyone I know won't either. read more
