When I took it to the AT&T store (my provider) they were less than helpful. I called uBreakiFix and spoke to Mike. He told me that if I brought in another version of the phone he could switch out the board and he could retrieve all my contacts and pictures. I took my damaged phone into the store along with an older version of my simple phone and not only was Mike able to resurrect it, he was able to retrieve everything. He was so nice and patient and he was just as helpful as he could be. I'm taking all my devices there from now on. I highly recommend them...they go above and beyond for their customers. I haven't been treated like such a valued customer in God knows how long!

    I went to this store about five months ago, January 2026, because my screen needed repair. They…read moreasked me if I wanted the low quality screen, the good quality screen (comparable to Apple but much cheaper) or the Apple screen. I said I wanted the middle option. That is what I paid for. As soon as I got my phone back (4 hours later- keep this in mind for later in the story), I knew something was wrong. It was shutting off all the time, the brightness didn't work correctly, and my front camera was awful quality. I am somewhat shy and don't like confrontation and I do not want to be THAT person that complains and makes an employee's day harder... so I just told myself to live with it and did not go back and complain. Fast forward to today, May 15th 2026. I broke my screen again and took it somewhere else. When the employee at the other store looked at my phone, he automatically said "you have gotten this replaced before?" because he could tell right off the bat that my screen was not the quality it should have been, had they really given me that "high quality" screen. He starts repairing it and tells me that uBreakiFix did not even put the main screws back in my phone! I have been walking around for FIVE MONTHS without the correct screws in my phone because they screwed it up (pun not intended). He also said he commonly has complaints of people coming from the uBreakiFix store, leaving with a phone more messed up than when they started. At the new store, he finished my phone in no joke five minutes so I am not sure why uBreakiFix needed four hours... to do the wrong thing. Long story short, do not go here and make the same mistake I did. Absolutely not worth the money or time.

    All I have to say is WOW! And THANK YOU to Paul. I am a remote worker here in the mountains of…read moreSautee. One of the things always in the back of a remote workers mind is "what if my computer goes down and remote IT can't fix it...". Well look no further. I was about to make a TERRIBLE mistake and have to take two days of PTO by taking my laptop into Cleveland to "IT Computer and Phone Repair" as they could not get to my computer until the next day. Something didn't sit right with me with their reviews as well. They seemed to be done by the owner, and the only honest ones were not good. I decided to do one more quick search on Yelp and that's when I found Paul. While I was on the phone explaining the issue, he asked me to text him my name and address; which at first I found odd, until he told me he was on the way to my house right then to get me back up and running! That's right, within one hour of calling Paul he showed up at my door with his tools to get my computer all tuned up and working again. He also knows his stuff too; this is clearly his career as I bounced a few questions off of him that he was able to explain with such depth and aptitude that it was clear to me he has passion and knowledge for tech - skills one does not simply just get by watching YouTube videos. The professionalism Paul exuded made me feel comfortable with him immediately in my home. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 30 minutes, not days like the other guys. On top of that, he went ahead and cleaned up my laptop for me as I process a lot of data; and he did it all for an amazing value. In fact, I was in shock with how affordable Paul was, especially considering he drove to me the day of. Now, my computer is running better than ever, I didn't have to miss work and take PTO, and I didn't make the mistake of being honeypotted into a shop that would have had my computer for days. Paul, if you read this, again, thank you so much. I was freaking out and panicking as this is my livelihood and income source, and the thought of having to reschedule clients and miss work before Memorial Day weekend had me in a tailspin. Again because of you I'm back at work the same day I had my computer issue. To anyone reading this - this is your guy. Don't go anywhere else, you won't need to as Paul comes to you. Words cannot genuinely express the professionalism, speed, affordability, and knowledge that Paul brings. This is his career, and it shows. Thank you again, and Cheers Paul!

    I was in a really tight spot as I am a remote worker. Unfortunately, my computer completely crashed…read morein the middle of the day during work. I called around to some local shops and all of them required me to drop my computer off and they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day. And today's day and age that is just unacceptable especially when it cost us paid time off. I discovered Paul based on his glowing reviews, and boy are those reviews accurate. I called Paul, and he immediately asked me where I was located and was to my home in the hour. Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed my issue and even took the time to sit me down and explain the issue, and how he fixed it. This is clearly an individual who cares about his profession. Not only was Paul a consummate professional, but he was timely, kind, And beyond affordable for what is basically on demand IT service to your house up in the north Georgia mountains. You just can't beat that level and quality of service. Thank you so much, Paul; any issues moving forward you are our guy! Look no further if you're reading this!
