When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.

He told my husband they would get the trades processed. 6 iPhones have disappeared and they refuse to give us our credits. I thought at first it was an honest mistake and they were just misplaced in the back. When we first noticed we didn't have our credits we were told to give it 3 billing cycles. After 3 billing cycles and still not seeing the credit we were told to email a list of the devices we traded to Robert. We did this and still didn't see our credits. Then Robert said they had to look at security footage, then told us it wouldn't go that far back; so they'd have to go through loss prevention. This all started back in November of 2020. AT&T reached out to the store. All the store has to do is something called a "benefit of the doubt" and AT&T will honor our credits. Robert wouldn't even do that. He told AT&T he could neither confirm nor deny our devices were brought to the store. I asked to speak to the owner to which Robert told me he could get his DM Amanda Carlson to call me. They ordered 2 screens with no success in being able to fix my screen, fine, but to cause significantly more damage is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I am absolutely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled concerning the care and level of neglect that my tablet was handled in. Disgusting!!!!! I'm aggravated. A few days later, my admin password stopped working and unfortunately FileVault was on! I stood to lose 4 years worth of files. I spent a long time with Apple support on the phone, online. Both times, their final recommendation was to just wipe out everything and start over. Fortunately, Experimax was able to rescue me. I had a password for the hard drive itself and Eric was able to boot the computer using another device, which allowed me to get access to the hard drive. He patiently let me hang out at the store uploading files into iCloud. Afterwards, I had the hard drive wiped out and installed Catalina. The cost was ~$87. Many thanks!
