I took my phone in to have the LCD ad earpiece repaired. Before taking my phone in it only worked on speaker. I was told 4 times that my phone was "fixed" only to get home and find out that not only was my phone still only working on speaker but my battery was No longer holding a charge. After 3 weeks of me being extremely patient and understanding the part needed to fix my speaker finally came in. The speaker issue was finally take care of. Only now my phone only charges with one of their charging cords( which don't last very long I've purchased 2 in the last 3 weeks)..... my phone will not charge with any other cord . If my phone completely shuts down it takes about four hours to get enough juice to power on, when it finally powers up it takes about three hours to fully charge, when I'm Lucky enough to get a decent battery percentage the battery life goes down about a percent every minute. I was very patient and understanding with the crew they're a nice bunch and hey things happen, however Telling me i don't know why your phone will only charge with one of our cords in a pleasant tone didn't do much to fix my problem. I would much rather have a phone that only works on speaker than a phone that's dead more than it's powered up. I took my phone in with 1 issue and got my phone back with 3 issues that were far worse than the original. I could have done an insurance replacement and would have come out cheaper with a fully functioning device. I literally paid then to destroy my phone. Horribly disappointed.

The store is in the Sandhills area at a corner which makes it very easy to find. Parking is wide open so you won't have any issues getting into the store quickly. Once you enter, the customer care team is so nice, it's amazing!!! They provide awesome customer service. They are more than willing to take the time to ensure you understand what your account looks like and where you need to go to have the best experience with them. They aren't hunting for the big sale to trap you into a big contract. They just take what you need and facilitate your expectations. They even help you find ways to reduce your bill monthly which was a huge winner in my eyes. They were patient with me when I didn't understand my account set up and were just an all-around great help. I genuinely enjoyed my time at this store and especially Samantha. When I came in there were only 2 people working and 3 customers. This was fine... but what wasn't fine is that neither of the two employees bothered to greet or acknowledge me. Now, you might say, "they were busy helping other customers". Okay, sure, but I think a brief "welcome be right with you" wouldn't be so difficult. Anyway, when one associate was done they immediately went to another person without even bothering to glance in my direction or acknowledging I was even in the store. Not even a "one moment while I help this person". Whatever the case, I waited for another 10 minutes before I realized that it'd be a waste of my time if they didn't have the phone I wanted in store because I wanted to upgrade the same day. I tried to get one associates attention to ask and they answered with "I don't think so", which is fair and got them a point for honest estimation. But past that it wasn't a great experience to stand there wasting time hoping to get noticed by an associate to be helped.

    I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Verizon store…read more I intentionally set things up so my elderly, disabled mother could return her trade-in phone in person at a Verizon store rather than via UPS, because I wanted staff to properly assist her and ensure the return was done correctly (including turning off Find My iPhone). The entire point was to make this easier and safer for her. Instead, the staff were rude and unhelpful and insisted that I had to be physically present, even though I live several states away due to military service. I am the account manager. I contacted Verizon Corporate directly, and they confirmed the store should have been able to help her and that there are multiple ways to verify me over the phone. Corporate even placed a note on the account explicitly authorizing her to return the phone. Despite this, the store refused to access the account or even look at the corporate note, continued to insist I had to be there in person, and refused to use any alternative verification methods. When I asked for the name of the employee I was speaking with, they said "Logan," refused to provide a last name, and then hung up on me. After multiple trips to the store for my mom and over an hour on the phone, Verizon Corporate ultimately had to switch the return to a UPS drop-off with a QR code. It's honestly wild that my attempt to get better customer service by going directly to a Verizon store resulted in more stress, more trips, and far more time wasted--especially given my mom's age, disability, and the fact that I'm serving out of state. This store showed zero flexibility, empathy, or willingness to help, even when Corporate Verizon told them they could. I would not recommend this location, particularly if you're trying to help an elderly or disabled family member.

The Experience Store Manager, along with Jamie and Saad, were nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout our entire process of transferring multiple phones from AT&T to T-Mobile. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and easy. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine customer care really stood out. While there can be wait times, this is a very busy store, which is completely understandable--just be prepared to wait because the level of service you receive is absolutely worth it. I am beyond happy with the quality of service at this location and truly cannot thank the team enough for how helpful and supportive they were. It took 3 people to…read morepull out every trick they could think of to get around all the impediments and determine where the phone was. Jessica in particular worked very hard to help me. She had to get her manager involved for higher level options before the end result was reached. In the end, it was determined that my dumb self had merely dropped the phone down the side of the driver's seat of my car. They could have just sold me another phone, as I was prepared to do. But they saved me the money by finding it. I am extremely grateful for their efforts.
