How can you possibly only have one person working on a Saturday afternoon? Are your margins that low? The footprint of this building says your eyes were bigger than your stomach. One person is being served while 5 more wait. You don't even have a way for people to make payments without dealing with a service rep. The longer I wait the less inclined I will be to spend money. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in to upgrade my phone and to also get help logging into my account. While trying to figure out my password the employee was rushing me to obviously make a sale and at one point asked me if I was high (one drugs). That is when I had to leave the store. I will not be returning to this location and am considering switching carriers. read more

The sales associate was excellent! I came into the store looking for a tablet because my phone is currently in the repair shop and I needed a way to communicate for work. He wasn't pushy, which is great. The associate, Daniel, was able to think outside of the box when it came to linking Message+ from my phone number to the tablet. If it weren't for him, I would be unable to communicate with my family, boss, and friends. I will be going back in the future for all of my wireless needs. read more
