    They provide a service, that service is shipping packages. The shipping label I was sent needed to be printed. I didn't print it before I got to the store because it said bring to store to be scanned. Long story short they charged me $2.91 to PRINT my return shipping label. It only cost 7.99 to ship the item but I had to pay an extra $2.91 to print the label!?!?! The guy was polite but no way they should charge for this! I plan on calling the store manager

    Always keep amazon boxes/packaging in your car. I stopped by to use the Amazon kiosk to return a…read morepackage as I normally do. This particular item was not eligible for the clear bag and required a poly- mailer. I was helping a gentleman at the counter, and when he sealed my package, he told me I owed him for packaging. The amount was minimal. The point was he did not tell me there was a charge prior to sealing the pack. when I expressed my dismay over the fact he did not tell me there was a charge, he said that's why you had to come to the counter for us to pack it. Well, this was my first experience for I was directed to the counter for a return and the kiosk, nor the employee told me there was a "charge." I told him I would just take my item back and he said "I've already sealed it, so you have to pay" I tried to explain it was the principle behind what happened and not necessarily the cost. The gentleman then said "you know what- just forget it- I'll take care of it." Without admitting any error on his part, he made me, the customer feel as if I was totally out of line because I asked "why I was not told about the charge prior to him using his product. I usually have a positive experience in this store but today the vibe was not happening.

He needs to be promoted or compensated for alway always ...going beyond the call of duty, this quality is even rarer now days with customer service staff! I never fail to tell him "I appreciate you."
