Stopped in here to mail off a package and it took For-EVER! I am not sure if this location is…read morealways this crowded but this day, during lunch time, they needed more staff! The phone was ringing off the hook, there were two workers helping two customers and the line was almost out the door. Although all of that was going on, they gave each customer their undivided attention. The same treatment that each of us would have wanted when it was our turn. I probably won't come back here again unless I absolutely have to. I love the location though! Hate that it is shared with multiple other stores.

Finished a campaign so shopping a ton back to HQ. This UPS store claims they are indeed "not UPS"…read moreand cannot look up shipping labels. I had 35 packages and one of my labels didn't print and they refused to help. They also sat around not helping pack up artwork. Finally I asked and they stepped away from their conversation (mind you- not work conversation). They balked at helping even though I would be paying more than 100 for packaging (which I gladly paid). But WORST attitude and worst customer service ever. Do not give this store your business. Go elsewhere.

The gentleman working the print shop was a gem! He could see I was frustrated as I spend my entire day shopping and planned it around the pick up time.
