Customer service is great and whomever is there whenever I come to print is always extremely helpful. Using the printer with the email and the access code is fairly easy and quick. You have to email whatever you would like to print to the print and go email address. Then you receive another email with a retrieval code. You put that code in their print/copy kiosk and then you are asked a couple of questions about your document. The only payment method is a debit or credit card. They do place a $10.00 hold on your card for a 14 cent b&w copy which is a little annoying, but I understand. Once again, customer service is great here. They are nice and helpful!

I recently moved to the area and needed a tune-up for my bike. I went to Outspokin' Bicycles first and the guy I talked to couldn't even give me an actual price to tune-up my bike, just kept saying, "It's going to be very expensive to fix this, I recommend just buying a new bike." Even after explaining that buying a new bike wasn't in my budget and that I simply wanted a tune-up, they continued to tell me how expensive it would be to fix my bike. They listed a long series of repairs, never gave me a clear estimate, and said it would be more than two weeks before I'd get my bike back. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion at Cycle Center--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, honest, and helpful. They gave me a clear, very reasonable quote, completed the work in just two days, and when I picked up my bike, I could hardly believe it was the same one. It looked and rode like new! The manager James acknowledged…read morethe driver was wrong for not tagging my package, knew I drove 40 minutes out of the way to pick up the package that which wasn't where it was supposed to be and all he could say, "oh yes I'm aware of the situation and I'll talk with the driver". Never did he say I apologize for the inconvenience and the miscommunication. He is a poor an example of making a situation better, he showed no care in the world! He and the driver are poor representatives of FEDEX!
