They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

They showed up HOURS late both days!! And I was not able to be out of my apartment in time. They were not careful with my belongings and were not professional. If you want professional movers, this is not your company! They talk a great sales pitch and…read morepromise you everything, but I have pictures to prove that while they are very nice, they do not know what they are doing. Just for starters, they were going to stuff boxes and leave them unsealed so they "will be easy for you to unpack!" I had to seal them myself. They showed up without enough boxes and tape and had to use mine. They even taped up boxes that were not packed properly with our masking tape which was laying on a desk!! They promised to wrap all furniture, but wrapped none. Just threw blankets over some. Once they came they decided the estimate was to low and increased the price. I filed a claim for damages, some of which they say when they moved the furniture in. The claim was less than $800 and they have not paid in a year. They have said "it is coming once insurance pays" and the last couple of times they said "it has been mailed." I do hope their staff is being paid! I like to support small business, but this company is not a professional mover and does not live up to their claims or promises. The "owner" has a second job and this appears to be his side hustle. I This was our 22nd move and by far the worst experience ever. I would not recommend them for a household move nor put any trust in what they promise.
