The service is okay. When I walked in the first time, I asked how I can send them a photo to create a flyer. The lady said I upload it online and they will work on it and I can pick it up. I understand sometimes they're too busy, but I wish she could have just helped me since I was already there. Because when I did it online I had the options to pick it up same day. I sent a file to be printed and received the email that it was ready upon arrival I learned it was not ready as a matter of fact it hadn't even made it to the store. The gentleman working the print shop was a gem! He could see I was frustrated as I spend my entire day shopping and planned it around the pick up time. The gentleman (I wish I remembered his name) helped me upload the files from my phone and printed them right away! This isn't really a great store. They have a lot of basic office supplies and miscellaneous items, but I came to find a specialty electronic/office item, and they didn't have it. I know that it was kind of a niche item, but I'm really sure that Staples offers anything that a store like Target or Walmart doesn't. Had to make a trip to my local Staples today to grab a few office supplies. Always a delight to be able to shop in a store that has everything I need without the hassle of running back and forth between stores in gathering my supplies. The associates are always helpful in accommodating my needs and super friendly. The store is never overcrowded, and everything is in its respectful place. It's a pleasant place to shop. I went to checkout and saw 3 other people waiting in line. The cashier was working with a customer on either packing or shipping a box that was going to take time. I went over to the copy/print area that had no customers and asked to check out. She pointed to the cashier and said check out was "over there". I explained the ONE cashier was in the middle of a lengthy transaction with several others waiting and she turned her back and walked away. I left my cart and the items and walked out. There's a lady there who is NOT friendly. When I called about my order she told me she has until 7:30 to print them out (btw I ordered the prior day at 4pm) Refused to give an approximate time to pick my belongings up. The store is hardly ever together. SMH. read more

Lovely store. Clean. Lots of options and cute office decorating items. It's a great location to where I live and I use them when I need office-y items. A cool thing about Staples. They actually let you take your old electronics and they will recycle them for you. It's a free service that I really appreciate. I will definitely be back to support them in the future. read more

I stopped by the Staples on Devine Street to get a Computer. That was a mistake. They will probably blame everything on COVID, but it was a disaster. From customer Service, to waiting, to not having anything in stock, it was terrible. On top of that the clerk said I was asking too many questions for her so she had to get some help. Did I say Clerk? It was somebody working in the Media section. Just sad. I left and got the same PC from Amazon on line cheaper. This Staples is the location that is closest to my house and job, so I go there often. It's a little disappointing sometimes because their selection isn't as great as it used to be when they first opened. I've found myself having to "settle" on stuff rather than getting exactly what I want. I'm sure I could always order it on-line, but I just wish they kept the store more stocked. The prices can be a little high, but it's an easy stop-and-go. Plenty of parking also. I'll continue to stop by there, but I do wish they kept their inventory up a little better! read more

This place this horrible. No customer service and terrible office binding services. This is their second attempt at fixing a shorty job that an employee did. I waited on a Saturday over THREE hours because they were trying to line up the previous hole binding job while attempting to "hand screw" the coil in. I finally went up, after a few times of politely checking on them and told them how they should fix it. "Why is this taking so long, I don't get paid to be here, you do. Why can't you just trim off the previous binding holes and put a new one it???!" The lightbulb went off in 3 different workers' heads. SRSLY? They returned my $5+ change for the inconvenience. Why don't you hire people who aren't lazy and do the job right the first time, the way they are trained?? As you can see in the photos, nothing is lined up, the job is really really bad. For some reason they messed up about 30 pages, so they reprinted on really nice, thick paper with super dark ink, but withheld that info to me. So I have 30 pages that look completely different than the rest along with a terrible binding job. Nothing is lined up even after they recut it fresh. read more

Buying from Staples? One question. WHY? It can't be for the customer service. The people who work there are nice enough, and they do answer your questions, but the answer is almost always "I don't know." Do you sell Brand X? I don't know. Do you have refills for this product? I don't know. Does any employee have a clue as to what is in the store? I don't know. OK, I'll wander the store for the next fifteen minutes, and if I find what I am looking for, I'll also show you what it is and what it is for... Your other customers would probably benefit from you knowing some of this. Do you go there for excellent pricing on their main items - office supplies? Nope, can't be that because their prices are terrible. OK, don't get me wrong, I expect internet pricing to be lower than this B&M store, but can't Staples even out-price (sorry, I should have said under-price) OfficeMax on some items? Walmart in their key sales area? Autozone? Yes, go to Autozone. If they sell a pad of paper or an ink pen, I guarantee their price will be lower than Staples. Is Staples actually TRYING to rip us off? I'm afraid the answer is YES. If both Staples and Walmart sell an item, Walmart will likely be up to (and often at least) 25% lower in price. They should change the name of this place from "Staples" to "Screws" because almost every customer who leaves this place with a purchase gets one. read more

Staples used to have awesome deals on all kinds of tech and they had a large range of pens and pencils and notebooks to choose from. Recently, they've emphasized selling laptops and cameras and cut back on some core office supplies, which has made me shop there less. Their prices on brand name goods are comparable to any other office supply store, but their store brand is where the value ISN'T. The Staples store brand used to be a high quality brand that cost MUCH less than anything else out there. You'd get a ream of good paper for $3 or a pack of great gel pens for $4. In the past 3 or 4 years, though, Staples has tried to make its store brand a national brand and they increased their prices to match their competition....so you can pay $5 a ream for Hammermill paper or $5 a ream for Staples paper... You have to shop here often to catch good clearance deals; I go weekly. When you find a good value, you have to jump on it because there's no telling how long it will last. They've started selling Pilot G-Tec 0.4mm gel pens, which is nice, but they have a very limited selection of pens that don't have a 0.7mm or 1.0mm tip. Overall, a decent rating for the store. The copy shop and print center are pretty good, too. The staff is fairly helpful, but the Easy Tech associates are not tech experts. They are there to sell extended warranties. read more

Bought a computer monitor from Staples today. My daughter just left the house .... for the 3rd time .... to get the correct plug in/adaptor/whatever so it can work. The first time? She took a picture of the laptop which shows a tiny HDMI port. OK. Maybe that was a mistake without an appropriate scale? They told her the HDMI cord that came the monitor would work. Not. Way too big. She want back a SECOND time and she took the laptop with her .... the actual laptop so that they could see it. They sent her home with an adaptor that wasn't even close. She's gone back a THIRD time. I wouldn't be at all surprised that she'll come back after being told: well uh ... duh ... we don't carry that. What a waste of time. Never, ever again. There is NO excuse when you bring in the actual physical laptop so that they don't make a mistake. And they still do? read more

Generally, I used their website and take advantage of free shipping, but this was a stock up time. Found some great deals in the store and took advantage of coupon specials. Even bigger surprise were the rebates on purchased products. Love saving money but saving money and getting money back is so sweet. read more

I left my charger for my computer at home and my computer died. I had several important business emails to get out and stopped at this Staples to by a Bluetooth charger, which were very expensive. Anthony, Found a store charger that would work with my computer allowed me to charge my computer to get my emails out!! I made several purchases at the store, that I wasn't thinking about, that's the best customer service experience ever!!! read more
