A few days later, my admin password stopped working and unfortunately FileVault was on! I stood to lose 4 years worth of files. I spent a long time with Apple support on the phone, online. Both times, their final recommendation was to just wipe out everything and start over. Fortunately, Experimax was able to rescue me. I had a password for the hard drive itself and Eric was able to boot the computer using another device, which allowed me to get access to the hard drive. He patiently let me hang out at the store uploading files into iCloud. Afterwards, I had the hard drive wiped out and installed Catalina. The cost was ~$87. Many thanks!

I was told by a gentleman that ALI was out at the moment, and he would know where the card is. There parking lot is a little weird, and it's one way in and one way out. It's kind of hard getting back to Two Notch from the parking lot, but if you drive across the parking lot to the light, it's much easier. I walked in and was greeted by the tech who was going to fix the phone. He did a few checks and asked some questions. My son's home button had come off and the tech asked the other tech in the store how much for another home button and he says "charge $15-$30 depending on the service. Mind you I'm standing right there! I'm thinking, you didn't pay a range, so why should I? I didn't really care for him or his response. The tech I was working with charged me $10 and would remove that if the new home button didn't work. He said the phone should be ready in about 45 minutes. I left and returned about 45 minutes later and it was all done. As promised, the home button did not work so, I wasn't charged. Then I used my $10 off coupon and I was gone. New screen and his phone looks brand new. I will return here for phone fixes (hopefully there won't be anymore). Only Upgrades, lol!!!

The first thing Josh did was try to upsell me to $23.95 for life time batteries for the keyless entry instead of $16.99 for a one time deal. I went with the one-time deal. The total rang up at $18.35. I don't mind paying for a service, but given the battery (CR2032) costs $0.97 when buying a 10 pack on Amazon. $16.02 to put the battery in is criminal. Even if you did his best deal it would take approximately 22 more replacements to break even on the deal. The problem with that is that the battery lasted 8 years - it was the only used given one of two. So, at 22 X 8, it would take 176 years to break even. Batteries Plus is a rip off. Buy the battery elsewhere and put it in yourself. They have lost my business.

I was soo happy to learn about this place! My grad classes are killing my wallet with printing costs so I'm constantly replacing the ink in my printer, I hardly get a month on a cartridge! At Cartridge World they give you more ink for less. I paid $26 at Office Depot for a cartridge that had a 3 1/2 week life span. Becca, the Associate at Cartridge World who helped me today, said that the sponge in their cartridges holds more ink than retail office supply stores, and they charge $20. You also get a punch card that provides your 10th refill for free! If this cartridge gives me 6-7 weeks, I will be thrilled and will be more than happy to up this review to 5 stars. I just put the new cartridge in my printer and am keeping my fingers crossed that it delivers. Price and customer service wise I am very impressed with Cartridge World, hence the 4 stars!
