I was soo happy to learn about this place! My grad classes are killing my wallet with printing costs so I'm constantly replacing the ink in my printer, I hardly get a month on a cartridge! At Cartridge World they give you more ink for less. I paid $26 at Office Depot for a cartridge that had a 3 1/2 week life span. Becca, the Associate at Cartridge World who helped me today, said that the sponge in their cartridges holds more ink than retail office supply stores, and they charge $20. You also get a punch card that provides your 10th refill for free! If this cartridge gives me 6-7 weeks, I will be thrilled and will be more than happy to up this review to 5 stars. I just put the new cartridge in my printer and am keeping my fingers crossed that it delivers. Price and customer service wise I am very impressed with Cartridge World, hence the 4 stars!

For a service that was supposed to be same day, I again did not receive a call nor was my product done and then was told it would be the next day Because he had other orders ahead of mine! Now things happen, BUT this is not my first time! The last time I ordered business cards that I NEVER GOT nor was a refund given. I tried to give it another shot but this is ridiculous. I ask to speak to a manager, only for me to be put on hold for 10minutes. Then to call back and ask for the manager directly only to have NO ONE in the store to answer the phone! This place is horrible and while Staples use to be my go to office supply store, NEVER AGAIN!! Go to OFFICE DEPOT, thank me later!

I came in to order a notary stamp and embosser. This was a mistake. I was helped by Zanga, the…read moreGENERAL MANAGER. Yes, that's right. He said we should start with the embosser. It had several different sizes available. When I asked what the standard size was, he said that it was 1 5/8" embosser. This is false. My friend said he would check to be sure and went to look at the notary seals and discovered that 2" is the size we need. During this time, Zanga left the desk and didn't return for at least 15 minutes, leaving us alone. When he finally returned, he said that I had to fill out the template on the computer, because he might make a mistake. I started playing with it and eventually figured out, with the help of a state website, what it was supposed to look like. You would have thought this was the first notary stamp they had ever made. When we tried to move forward with the order, the computer kept putting up a window saying we need to "fix it", but not stating any reason. He said that the size of the text wasn't in proportion or didn't match or wasn't uniform; something to that effect. He said that there was no way to continue with the order. He asked us to return after five, when someone else would be working. Although Zanga was friendly, it can't make up for the bewildering level of incompetence he displayed. If I knew how to design and order embossers, I wouldn't need to come to Staples. I am very disappointed and Office Depot is run by the same people, so I will just have to go online.

I had made the mistake of signing the form prior to arrival and was offered a computer and reprint of form at no additional charge. The notary was all business, you could tell she was the boss and she meant it. However , she was professional, pleasant and helpful and made the whole process seamless. 10/10 recommend . I will go here again for future services

I just used the printing kiosk, which turned out to be a very seamless and convenient experience, as opposed to the couple of times in which I've gone to their competitor. To expand on that, I didn't purchase anything from the sales floor, but I was impressed with how clean and organized it was, again, in contrast to their rival store. All-in-all, next time I need to utilize an office supply store, this will be the first place I come!

The person who helped me at the desk was efficient but not overly communicative. I spent a few minutes figuring out their processes. I needed a few other supplies and was surprised by the lack of inventory. School supplies were very picked over. This is a rather small Office Depot. You'll get what you need but won't have a huge selection.
