As a Columbia native, I've driven past this nursery for years, always noticing the signage from…read moreParklane Road but assuming it catered solely to commercial clients rather than residential ones. What a pleasant surprise to discover otherwise! I recently found myself on the hunt for pine straw, which seemed surprisingly scarce in the area. A quick phone call to the nursery confirmed they had plenty in stock, and I decided to stop by to pick up the eight bales I needed for my project. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by how the nursery is tucked away from the road, nestled among the trees. It felt like stepping into a hidden oasis--almost like a rainforest in the middle of Columbia! The serene setting and the incredible variety of plants instantly drew me in. They truly have a wonderful selection of greenery, with options for just about any landscaping or gardening need in the area. The staff was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Their warm customer service made the experience even better. I'm genuinely looking forward to visiting this gem again in the future, whether it's for another project or simply to explore and enjoy the beauty of the place.

Twice I waited for Casey from 8am-11am, as arranged with him, and he didn't appear. Each time, I contacted him about the delay and was told that he couldn't get the equipment he needed and that he would contact me when he had it. This never happened. It didn't occur to him to get in touch with me when the equipment was unavailable. Recently I texted and asked him to let me know whether he had decided not to do the job so I could turn to someone else. He hasn't replied. I believe this is called ghosting, which is not a good business practice.
