During our travel, the brass plate we had affixed to the picture frame fell off. We spotted this store just outside the main gate. I went in and explained my situation to one of the ladies. She decided that she could remedy the situation with some foam adhesive. Promptly (5-10 min.), she returned us the frame with the brass plate affixed and secured in a professional and neat manner. I asked her how much, she told me "no charge" even after I offered her $20. She declined and told us to just spread the word about their business. I don't know about your but this establishment really values their customers and takes pride in their products and workmanship. Southern hospitality still takes precedence in the south. The employees working that day were pleasant and willing to help me in my situation. Their prompt repair of this item made the presentation so much better.
