Finally, I had a chance to use them to frame and matte some my father's paintings. Mark helped me choose matting and framing to strongly emphasize the diverse art pieces. Final results were great; he did such a good job, I went back when it came time to frame others. More recently, we moved; the frame on one of my favorite paintings, from my father's collection, was damaged from poor packing. When I brought it back, Mark remembered it and the details of the framing off the top of his head--and this is about five years after the fact! He fixed it and made it good as new. I was grateful for his care in restoring this beloved family heirloom and the ease with which he did it. Without second thought, I would use Elite Framing again and again.

Other customers were standing around looking for help as well and not one employee acknowledged any of us. The lady that finally helped seemed annoyed and she snatched the ticket out my hand. It was just an overall rude experience. I pray I don't have the same one next time I need to go there.

I recently had the owners of Bella Vista frame a $10,000 painting for an event. This painting was…read morethe centerpiece that was to be mounted over a bar area. When picking the painting up, I noted that it seems a little loose, but otherwise OK. I did not say anything since we had to have it and I did not notice the wrinkles on the bottom of the painting. But I did notice this the night before once the painting was placed and it was unacceptable. We were lucky that the party host was friends with a local framer in her town. The event location is 110 miles from the Bella Vista, so it was impossible to take the painting back to them. The framer said that several things were done wrong, so I had him draft a letter to address these items. I stopped by to address this with the owners of Bella Vista, and the man came out of the back in a white t-shirt, like the one you wear under your shirt. He was incensed that I had the frame shop write a letter and his first comment was "Well why didn't you have them do it in the first place!" That chilled the conversation immediately, and it went downhill from there. I do not do business with people like this, and although they previously seemed like nice people, I cannot recommend them. Besides the fee of $100.00 that was tossed away, they lost any good will immediately. I did not think the letter form the framer that indicated what was wrong and what he had to correct, who has been in business many years and is respectable, was in any way confrontational, but confrontational is exactly the reaction of Bella Vista.
