Our scheduled date/time was on New Years Eve at 3 pm, which I wouldn't have expected him to want, but he was eager to come asap and offered to come on that day. I guess he might have decided to go party instead. He should have called to let me know he couldn't make it. I wouldn't recommend this unprofessional flake. If he can't be trusted to show up, I certainly wouldn't trust him to do an important job correctly.

When this discrepancy was brought to the inspector's attention, the response was unfortunately unprofessional, including name-calling and other inappropriate remarks. Such conduct is not conducive to resolving concerns and does not meet the standards expected in professional interactions. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this inspector to others.
