A rep finally approached me and asked my name and phone number for a list. I told him that I didn't want to give my phone number, but just had a few general questions. He said that if I wouldn't provide my number I would not be waited on and turned and walked away. We went straight to Best Buy, bought two phones and had them transfer the data, and will select and move my service in the next few days. Next up is switching my internet service away from AT&T.
