So appreciative of all of the sales reps here. I was in the store for two hours while switching cell phones. iPhone requires an hour delay before deactivation, so the first little bit was spent waiting out that count down. The second hour was spent transferring information from the older phone to the new one Though I was working with one particular sales rep, all of them were engaging in conversation during my wait and quick to answer any and all questions I had regarding the transfer process, even to go so far as to offer coffee or water. While waiting I also observed them serving a number of other customers. Each time the sales representatives were always attentive to the customers needs, addressed their needs quickly and then moved on to the next customer. Additionally it appears these employees have the utmost respect for each other and it was reflected in how cohesively they worked as a team. read more

Jennifer took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on the features of each phone to help me decide the best one for my needs. Very slow customer service. They are not all eager to help. Should not have to wait over a hour to return faulty equipment

Ever since signing up with Spectrum I have never had the speed that I pay for. I have called several times and all they do is send people who test the lines. Always get the same response that everything is fine and must be on my end. I just found out per one of Spectrum customer service representatives that I have been using the wrong modem and router which both were provided by Spectrum. Now I cannot get any response from Spectrum when I try to contact them about this. All they do is pressure and bully the customers and never provide services that are paid for. If they would have made sure that I had the correct equipment I would not have to keep calling them from the start of my service. I also have 4 mobile phones with them, been loyal, and never missed a payment. This is how they treat me read more

After conversing with the excellent Spectrum support team, they indicated that I needed a new router and updated modem. Spectrum recommended that I visit the Spectrum location....just one mile from my home....to get an all in one modem/router unit. The associates were efficient, professional, and very congenial. The unit was only five dollars extra per month and Spectrum support was great in assisting me to get up and running. Great experiences! read more

I am saying that if you are thinking about switching to Spectrum mobile don't its a nightmare. I entrusted them with my mobile service and I have been fu@ked. They charged my card for an amount of over 500.00 for no reason. I called and no one can tell me why and then they told me that I didn't return the phone. I gave then the tracking number and disputed the charge and this was over 3 months ago. I have disconnected my service and paid the phone off in full of what was left on the purchase of the phone also paid my last bill. I then asked them to remove my credit card information and they still have not and continues to charge my card monthly for over 200.00 and my bill monthly was only 44.00 a month. I have written the corporate office over 2 months ago and I have received no response. I have asked to speak to managers and no one is ever available or they will escalate a ticket to have one call me back and no one has done so yet. Everytime I call I am either put on hold until the phone rings again to another person or another department and have to explain the entire scenario again. The representative promise they are notating your account and no one after them can see any notes. They claim to escalate tickets to upper management and no one responds to the escalated tickets or even can see that one was created. I was told that an Autopay card has to stay on file even when you do not have service with them. Please do not chose Spectrum Mobile because this is a nightmare for me. read more

I don't think I've ever had such horrible performance issues for any other company. Before I had spectrum I had BrightHouse. And then they bought the company and ever since I've had crappy connection issues such as my internet crashing or my devices straight up not connecting. I'm sick and tired of not having the internet I pay for! read more

After spending 30 minutes on the phone with technical support, found out that the store gave me the wrong cable box and when I returned it, which was highly inconvenient, I did not even get an apology. They need some customer service training since there don't seem to have innate courtesy. read more
