After researching the manufacturer repair rates/time it takes to receive my phone back I chose to go with Mr. Mobile. I called him in the afternoon and he was able to show up the same day! Not only did he come to where I was but the price was unmatched compared to everywhere else I looked. As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.

I took the streaming device in, and they told me I also needed to bring the remote( I was not told I needed to swap it out also). i went back home, a 30 mile round trip, and got the remote. When it became my turn in line, I was told that they didn't have any. I don't understand why they didn't tell me this the first time. I came back home and the Technician, is going to mail me one. The store in Orangeburg is useless.
