It was not easy to find a reputable and reliable contractor who would lay carpet in our home (not sure if it's the location, or because we did all the tearing out of the old stuff/floor prep ourselves). The response from Guy that I received to my initial online request for a quote was immediate. Guy was great at understanding exactly what we needed. Once we agreed on a price and the specific carpet we wanted, Guy kept us in the loop with regards to ordering the materials (even finding a better priced option) and locking in the installation date. Guy showed up on time the day of, and had an experienced and very competent team member to assist. These guys had the underlay and carpet installed beautifully within a few hours. We are thrilled!
