After having an install done and in need of a repair within...yep...one day, it's enough of a pain to have to "schedule an appointment" to have the improperly done work looked at again, but even more of an irritation when the goofball working the desk is unwilling to work you in to have it looked at and hangs up on like a child. Grow up and take an adult level responsibility! Buyer beware, you may very well pay for poor work and then may also very well need to rent a car while you schedule a time to drop yours off to get the original work repaired. I've found this business a bit difficult to deal with and unfortunately will have to deal with their inability to govern their tongues and manners in adult way unless I choose to pay someone else to fix the problem. read more

I've had a few things done with these guys- they've replaced the carpet in a vintage convertible, chased down hum in another car, and replaced a head unit/added a backup camera in a 3rd car. Things have always gone well, I schedule an appointment and the work is done that day. Their prices have been good and I've not had any problems with any of the work they've done. I have a truck now that needs new speakers and I'm planning on bringing that to them as well. read more
