Pricing for home cleaning is outrageous, but Maid 4 You beat out the competition and offered better customer service than any other company I've used in the area! I wanted a more detailed clean on each visit and they made that happen for me. Would definitely recommend this company, especially if you live in the Chapin area. We chose M4Y because we have recently moved to Chapin and were looking for a local company that we could support. This review is long overdue and baybay let me tell YOU! I hired Miss Janice in October 2019 to…read moreclean a house I had just moved into with four children. The former owners did not clean the house, they did a sweep and sway. They hadn't even cleaned out all their kitchen drawers of actual items. The ovens had not been cleaned and the house just needed a total deep clean. So I looked up and read every service on Yelp. I messaged a few, including Miss Janice. My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that! So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work. Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status. Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. Miss Janice IS YOUR SERVICE FOR LIFE! Some of the pictures are of my home and Yes Ma'am BayBay it is bomb and still smelling lovely.

His cleaner showed...(new kid-no experience, maybe his go-to FREE cleaner?) and did an OK job. Obviously, a thing or two gets missed until they get to know your house. But when asked about a specific area, the kid lied and said it was done. (it was not done) When this was brought to Marks attention, he had his Follow-up cleaner pop by and complete the task. She was friggin great. So being all set to make this a regular cleaning appointment, I made the request for the follow-up girl to be our regular cleaner. It was at this point the price increased by over $100.00 above what was quoted per cleaning. Marks justification for this was "well, she's our premium cleaner"..(meaning they ALL AREN'T premium cleaners I s'pose)? When I asked if he'd honor his original quote, his voice got elevated and he went all "Jr high school mean girls" on me. Not a great business model, and zero customer service skills. If you seek any level of professionalism..... Seek elsewhere. But if you want a business run by a child, by all means....give Mark a call.

Had a great experience with Floorpro. Hired them to refinish 12-year-old worn hardwood floors…read more The workmanship was excellent; our floors look as good (or better) than when new. The company provided a timely and accurate estimate, sent us a photo of the technician who would perform the work, and then allowed us to inspect and approve the work before settling with them on the bill--all done effortlessly, which is a plus. We heartily recommend Floorpro for any hardwood work. They also do carpeting--and do it well if the hardwood flooring experience is any indication. Give them a call--ask for Larry. He took the time to walk us through the process while giving the estimate, advised us on quarter-rounds (the little moldings where the floor meets the walls), and other options for us to select from. He valued our input but also did not hesitate to suggest other (better?) options where we were uncertain. He made the process simple and effortless for us. And he did a bang-up job bringing the floors back to life. We cannot rate this company too highly.
