The ladies that came were incredibly thorough, and asked questions along the way to make sure they were meeting expectations. The result is shiny and VERY clean. We hired this company and they gave me a price, biweekly, the first cleaning was great the second was horrible, they did not clean my house! I called the owner Ashley and she did not take the complaint well, she was offended that I complained, she said she was coming herself to reclean, nothing was done but wiped up sugar on my kitchen counter and left, the the truth came out in a text that she wasn't charging me enough money, no refund for the no clean lazy job, very difficult winey owner read more

Very very disappointed. Signed up for the ad advertised as 3 hours of cleaning for $100. Person left after 2 hours 10min, and attached are pictures of the floor that was "mopped." Unfortunately I left a sitter at home thinking things would be completed accordingly for the 3 full hours and was very let down. When communicating about my issues with the owner was even more let down by the lack of customer service and implying that I can't read the flyer correctly. Was first told she finished in 2hrs 14 min and then changed it to 2.5 hours (my cameras show otherwise) and offered for her to come back and re do the floors but the hour was my loss. I do not want people back in my house that just communicated the way they did. After speaking with other locals i now know this has been done before as well. Over promised and under delivered. I was told there would be three people giving my home a deep cleaning and that it would take 8 hours. I was fine with that because it was a big job. The two girls were supposed to arrive at 8:30 did not arrive until 8:50 and I was charged for that 1/2 hour. So my estimate was for 8 hours imagine my surprise when at 6 hours they called and said they were done. The 3rd girl showed up for two hours and they were"done" 2 hours early and the manager/ owner did not offer to refund any of my fee. But what is worse, I spent the next 3 hours cleaning my house. A dirty rag was left on my bed and it took me three wet swifters to get the dirt that they didn't on my kitchen floor. read more
