This review is long overdue and baybay let me tell YOU! I hired Miss Janice in October 2019 to clean a house I had just moved into with four children. The former owners did not clean the house, they did a sweep and sway. They hadn't even cleaned out all their kitchen drawers of actual items. The ovens had not been cleaned and the house just needed a total deep clean. So I looked up and read every service on Yelp. I messaged a few, including Miss Janice. My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that! So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work. Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status. Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. Miss Janice IS YOUR SERVICE FOR LIFE! Some of the pictures are of my home and Yes Ma'am BayBay it is bomb and still smelling lovely. read more

This cleaning services were quite good, in my opinion. Homes and offices were left pristine and smelling fresh thanks to their efficiency and attention to detail. For routine cleaning requirements, they were a trustworthy option due to their dependability and high caliber of work. The business and residential cleaning services were really well done. Each area was cleaned to a high standard thanks to the diligent, trustworthy, and competent cleaning crew. read more

First the positives..Janice is a very nice woman. She Was on time. She also Offered to come back and make things right but I have to say I was not impressed with the service and didn't want to have to tell someone every move to make when dirt was obvious. Especially for $225. I really expected a thorough job. The apartment was totally empty . I just needed edges, ledges corners, blinds, oven , fridge drawers, and cabinets cleaned in an empty apartment. The thorough move out clean was what was expected, I should have stayed and set expectations a lot higher but I had so much to do with the move . I don't think she spent the quality time needed to make the apartment move out clean. I had to go buy some cleaning supplies and spend 2 more hours at the apartment read more

Please never put yourself what I have been through with this lady. I am so incredibly hurt by what was done to me. She came to my house and left my house in such a wreck. She threw away a lot of my dishes, ruined my bedding, threw away a bunch of my stuff including jewelry, makeup, clothes, dishes and more. When I came home the dishwasher was WAY TOO FULL. There were dishes in the sink that were still dirty and a lot of stuff that was just everywhere. My floors were sticky and my house smelt awful. I've been running around town trying to buy all new things what what either she threw away or something. I'm absolutely deceiving and exhausted and heart broken. This is my warning to you! I also have money and missing as well as my grandmothers wedding ring. Please reach out to me if you would like to hear anything else or see other pictures. read more

Janice responded quickly with a great deal, and I really appreciated being able to get an appointment the next business day. She was very nice and accommodating to my requests. She arrived on time with all her equipment and cleaning supplies and set to work right away. She worked diligently and left my apartment looking nice. Unfortunately for her, I'm a super meticulous person and saw some crumbs that she missed. I pointed them out, and she happily went over those areas again. Later I noticed some missed corners and haphazard wipes that left streaks/stuck-on soap. I had to go over them again with a rag after she left. But overall, it was a good standard cleaning. read more

Janice did a deep clean in my mother's apartment that hadn't been kept up for quite some time due to an extended illness. Such an improvement! The floors were sparkling and she went above and beyond tackling the dust and cat hair! I so appreciated Janice's quick responses and squeezing us in her schedule since we needed a clean ASAP! Would definitely recommend. read more

Janice was prompt, set a ton of photos (I'm out of state and will not be able to see the house personally), and was willing to give me a fair price. I would highly recommend her! read more

I am so disappointed that I paid money and then tipped a very large tip for a move out clean that didn't take place. I just received photos of my home and the lack of cleaning that took place. Rooms were left unvacuumed. Now I get to pay for another cleaning so the closing will take place. I hate writing bad reviews so this is painful on many levels. read more

Very quick to respond on yelp! Good communication and showed up as promised. She did a good job cleaning and getting my apartment ready for move out. My only concern is she went a little fast and missed a few details like corners of the window sills. Still 5 stars and she did do a great job, i know Im picky. I recommend read more

Janice did an excellent job. I had her do a move in cleaning at my new place and a move out cleaning at my old place. She showed up early on both occasions and was ready to work. Both homes were left spotless. She even gave me recommendations to keep up the dog hair on the wood floors. Janice was so good, my wife is going to use her on a monthly basis. Not to mention her prices were unbeatable!! read more

I can't believe I'm actually writing a bad review here. I hired Janice for my mom's house after seeing her 5-star reviews on Yelp. Mom is post-op and can't keep up with cleaning as well as she'd like. Janice is very nice and responds in a timely manner, but unfortunately those are the only positive comments that I have. All we needed her to do was clean the bathrooms, thoroughly dust the furniture, and sweep and mop the main floor. To say that she does not pay attention to detail would be putting it kindly. My mom and I are very meticulous so I understand if it was just the details but she actually missed some of the big obvious things too. After she left, I actually had to go over everything she had done. I had to reclean the mirrors in the bathrooms, sweep and mop the bathrooms, wipe down the faucets which she completely forgot to clean, dust the furniture in the living room, and sweep the entire main floor again. when I hired her I told her that if we were happy with her service we would have her come back monthly to help with the upkeep at Mom's house. Unfortunately she will not be coming back. And if the poor cleaning job was not bad enough, She actually had the audacity to tell my mother that she needed to remodel her bathroom. I'm not happy about writing a poor review, but sadly, I am very disappointed. read more

We recently purchased a home and was told it would be deep cleaned before we entered it for the first time. It was not--quite the opposite. The fridge was a mess, the cabinets were filthy. I called Janice and she was able to do a real deep cleaning the same day (she had a cancellation and was able to come earlier). We are happy Janice came to our rescue! read more

Janice won't disappoint you. Arrived early with all of her own supplies and ready to work. Thank you!

Ms. Janice returned my call immediately to discuss her services. She came out the very next day bright and early, a little before 7am. She was very nice and professional. She informed me to contact her if I needed her to come back to wipe my oven down after it was set for self cleaning. Ms. Janice beat the rates of other businesses I contacted and I am overall pleased with her services. I will be contacting her for future cleanings. read more
