The service I requested stated that I needed a kitchen and kitchenette cleaned, no other rooms to tackle and requested the shelf linings to be removed. The liners were wiped cleaned instead and left in place. The kitchenette shelves were wiped out, but not the drawers or the small refrigerator. They did a great job on the oven, but I will have to do-over my project to completion myself.

If you had sealed the KD-HT immediately with the appropriate sealer, it may have been fine. You should have used KDAT, but you did not. The boards are also popping up from the nails. I suppose that means they're warping. And, you say, because there are mold spores everywhere, this is what you can expect your deck to look like!? I don't think so. Hope you can live with yourself.
