He said that if I wouldn't provide my number I would not be waited on and turned and walked away. We went straight to Best Buy, bought two phones and had them transfer the data, and will select and move my service in the next few days. Next up is switching my internet service away from AT&T.

He told my husband they would get the trades processed. 6 iPhones have disappeared and they refuse to give us our credits. I thought at first it was an honest mistake and they were just misplaced in the back. When we first noticed we didn't have our credits we were told to give it 3 billing cycles. After 3 billing cycles and still not seeing the credit we were told to email a list of the devices we traded to Robert. We did this and still didn't see our credits. Then Robert said they had to look at security footage, then told us it wouldn't go that far back; so they'd have to go through loss prevention. This all started back in November of 2020. AT&T reached out to the store. All the store has to do is something called a "benefit of the doubt" and AT&T will honor our credits. Robert wouldn't even do that. He told AT&T he could neither confirm nor deny our devices were brought to the store. I asked to speak to the owner to which Robert told me he could get his DM Amanda Carlson to call me. That was 8/18/21 and I haven't received a call yet.
