Oh my gosh! What a hidden gem! We tried Asuka last night for ramen and the broth was some of the most flavorful broth I've had. It was a nice balance - not too heavy or light. I ordered a spicy chicken ramen and my partner ordered tonkotsu. Our soup came out fast. The spicy chicken was mild spicy with a good amount of tender grilled chicken. They also add crunchy garlic in the soup giving it additional flavor. The noodles were chewy and good. The tonkotsu had a hearty pork flavor and the pork pieces were so tender they were falling apart as we ate them. Very yummy! The inside is small with just a few tables and booths. This is a good place to come for a quick meal with just a few folks or order takeout. No alcohol, beer, or wine. They have fountain soda and a few Japanese soft drinks and teas in cans/bottles. They also serve poke, dry noodle dishes, and a lot of appetizers. This spot is vegetarian friendly with multiple vegetarian ramen dishes on the menu!

This was our first visit here and we were pleasantly happy with the quality and service provided. It's located next to a taco shop and they share a small parking lot. Upon entering you can order and seat yourself. They'll bring your food directly to your table. We had a large party but they were able to accommodate all of us. We ordered the spinach cheese wonton and chicken kaarge as appetizers. For our meals, we tried the tonkatsu (regular) and spicy tonkatsu, duck fried rice and shrimp fried rice. The portions for the fried rice were generous so it was good for two people. Wait time wasn't long and everything tasted great. We'll definitely be back here to try their poke and other specials.

Tried Asuka Ramen Poke in Arvada for a lunch delivery to our office--first time ordering after a colleague recommended it, and it didn't disappoint. We had the Pork Belly Buns and Chicken Karaage--both were packed with incredible flavor and came in generous portion sizes. The online ordering process was simple and quick, and the delivery driver was kind and arrived earlier than expected. Everything came fresh and well-prepared. Very happy with the entire experience--we'll definitely be ordering again!

Ordered delivery from here tonight and everything went straight to the trash. We were so disappointed we spent the money just to throw away. Both ramens tasted like water and rotten cream. Had to throw away outside because the smell was so bad.

I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen. I was intrigued by the brightness of the tonkatsu broth, and it was delicious! The noodles were also excellent and my second favorite part was the bamboo. We also had duck wings, and they reminded me of chicken legs. Nice and crispy. That was a first for me and I definitely want to try that again! Really enjoyed my time here. The staff is really friendly and the person who served us said they've been open for a month and a half. She loved the duck wings as much as we did! This is a small quaint little shop - even though I think it's a chain - I highly recommend it if you like Ramen :)

5 stars across the board…read more We were literally at Stella next door the night before and I heard there was gonna be cold rain the next day. So we decided to get a hot bowl of ramen to clear ourselves right up. I have to admit while we have had pretty good ramen in Colorado nothing has blown us away. This place did just that. If you are looking for the most authentic bowl of ramen anywhere within a 20-30 Radius of Denver this is your spot. I got the sesame pork belly ramen bowl and my wife the chicken dashi and both were spectacular. I know this sounds like a lot of exaggerating but no notes. Seriously ZERO! Take all my money whoever you are, Sera! PS I'm very impressed the other reviewers had enough self control to take pictures before they ate. Our food didn't stand a chance.

This small ramen shop is a hidden little gem in Denver. The service was great, even if our waiter was on his first day and stumbled a bit. He was attentive, eager, and happy to help with a smile on his face. The food was excellent as well, ranging from crispy gyoza and chicken karaage to various ramen dishes. The only downside was the karaage, which was slightly different than what I was used to, but it was still delicious. We left with our stomachs full, smiles on our faces, and a warm goodbye that has turned into a "see you later," as I will definitely be back.

We also really enjoyed the chili wontons, pork belly skewers, and Kobe beef buns - all were super high quality and packed with flavor. We didn't care for the cucumber salad - the large chunks just didn't take on any flavor and felt like eating plain cucumber. The ambiance is very high energy and can be loud (there's a live DJ), but we had a wonderful experience on the patio.

When I walked in, it felt more like a club than a traditional restaurant. The music was loud, the energy was high, and the crowd was definitely on the younger side. Honestly, I've never really experienced anything quite like it--part restaurant, part nightlife vibe--but it was kind of cool in its own way. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered sushi along with a seaweed salad and an Old Fashioned. The food was actually really good--fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot after the show. That said, if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing dinner, this probably isn't your place. But if you're open to a lively atmosphere and something a little different, it's a fun experience. I enjoyed my food, soaked in the vibe, and left glad I gave it a try.

I did not remember ordering from Mizuumi before and went ahead and tried the Tonkatsu Ramen and a shrimp tempura sushi roll. Of course I was shocked at the checkout price, but proceeded on to satisfy my craving. When I received my delivery, the soup was super hot and the bowl of ramen with toppings looked so delicious! I was so excited! The broth was absolutely amazing. SO flavorful!! I ate the leftover broth for breakfast with some Korean brown rice soaking up the broth. Omg it was delicious!!! I promptly craved that savory tonkatsu broth flavor a day later and was shocked to find that the restaurant was actually 3.5 miles away on West Colfax! I had time so I headed over - wanting to cut down on delivery app costs! Each ramen bowl was like $4 less than on the app! I was so glad! I got the tonkatsu ramen again and yellowtail roll and was happier about the price. I got home and the soup was still hot, but I zapped it to be a little hotter in the microwave anyway. It was so comforting and amazing and I ate the leftover broth with my Korean brown rice the next day again. When I was at the restaurant, I parked at what I thought was "right out front" but that was actually the literal back of the restaurant - so go park in the Alamo/retail parking lot! The restaurant inside was not super impressive, but I don't expect to be super impressed if the Japanese food is extra delicious and traditional which I think that was the vibe! I also didn't realize that the place was half sushi. I'm so glad I got their ramen and that they lead with that - Ramen & Sushi. Their sushi was good, a few pieces smaller than I thought, but I guess it does match the lower price for 2026! This is definitely my new fave ramen spot! I will continue to get it to go, since I prefer to enjoy it in the comfort of my home!
