Is it possible to give a place zero stars? I have not been here for a long time because the few times I did the food was not good and the service was bad. Well here I am all this time later and nothing has improved. The place I usually go was full this morning so I decided what the heck let me give them another try. I figured all this time they would've gotten it together. No they still didn't get it together. Service was poor at best the waitress disappeared so I could not get refills on the drinks. I asked to have my home fries cooked well done and they were almost raw when they brought them out. I just don't understand how they can stay in business like this. read more

It was OK. Ate there for breakfast today. Sat at the counter. Waitress must of just come off a smoke break because her breath smelled like s#$%. Eggs were good. Home fries fine. I have no idea if the food is good or bad because we couldn't get anyone to take our order. We waited 20 minutes and finally left. This place is small and it wasn't full so I don't know what the problem could have been. I will say that the staff didn't seem particularly cordial to anyone. All we wanted was coffee and dessert. We like trying new places in are area and this is one we will not be going back to. Are server Tera is a sweet person and made sure every thing came out fast and that we got the things we asked for. I ended up not being able to eat my food because of the rotting fish smell along with bad tomatoes in my omelet. Some of the wait staff smelt like they where working on the docks. I could not breath and had to leave. I told the manager about the staff smelling like fish and why I had to leave. Nothing was done. If people ask I will tell them what I think of the place. We have only been here once for breakfast. It was very good. I had the eggs Benedict and hubby had a breakfast platter. We really enjoyed the food. Only down fall is when we went it was completely full we had to be seated in this little tiny room off to the side with five tables that sat two people each. The floor where we were was not level which made the table up level to the point where it was really noticeable. But I definitely recommend the breakfast here. read more

Spending the night at a friends, and after a relentless game of basketball I was feeling extra ravenous.. Food was definitely needed. The menu was fairly typical of a diner, but the prices were very much higher than I anticipated. Diner food is supposed to be cheap, no? I almost settled for the gyro.. Until I saw the gyro and feta omelette.. Say what? Yes. You have persuaded me. Gyro meat and feta folded into my favorite source of protein? GIVE. I even had the opportunity to add peppers and onions in my home fries. I don't even really like home fries, but I am all about those additions. They gave, but I was very unimpressed Idk what kind of feta they used, but I couldn't even taste it, and the tiny cubes of gyro meat were also absent on my palate. Idk why diners refuse to put salt in my omelettes either, it needs it, it's not going to kill you, and it's 100 times better than me adding it afterwards. Also those home fries were soggy and grease laden, not a fan before, and definitely not a fan after. Typical wheat not real wheat toast.. At least the servings were a decent size. We just moved to the area a few months ago and we've been trying out every place in town. We've scratched this one off the list! The service was poor, the food was mediocre and the manager or owner gave the whole place a creepy feel. He kept pacing back and forth looking at us and others making it uncomfortable and nearly impossible to enjoy our dinner. The meal was expensive for the quality and what we got. Just a bad experience that turned worse. Walked in and was seated in a section - while being seated the hostess asked the waitress if she minded taking a table and replied "I just want to get out of here". We were then sat in that displeasing servers section. There was maybe 10 guests in the diner and all of the hired help was standing around at the drink station. It took nearly 10 minutes to get our waters, shorty after our dinner. I understand that the place is new, but to be drilling and bangin on the wall with guests in the diner is just unprofessional. This place is GOOD! My very good friends rave about this place, so yesterday I was very happy to learn that we'd be coming here for an early dinner. We got here after 4'ish. The kids orders were placed immediately and came out fast (grilled cheese & a hamburger). Upon seeing their steak fries, I almost wanted to change my order. Initially I had wanted to try their wings (Superbowl time makes me want wings with every meal) and the Reuben melt. But instead I went with the Lemon Caper Chicken. I love anything lemon and I loooooooooove capers. An added bonus were the artichokes, too! My friends got a chicken breast club & the chicken Marsala. Wow the chicken Marsala looked awesome. The chicken breast club was mouthwatering. Looks like they put just the right amount of bacon on it, too; no skimping here! My Lemon Caper Chicken was delicious. I had wanted it on angel hair, but for whatever reason, my mouth uttered fettuccine when asked. I chose the Greek salad as a side and the dressing was DELISH. I don't think they put the feta cheese IN the dressing, as another yelper stated. I just think they put the dressing OVER salad, which coats the feta, making it appear as if the dressing has the feta cheese IN the dressing. Whatever the case may be, it doesn't even matter because it was very good. The rolls were warm and tasty, too. Brought home leftovers which I will be having soon for lunch! The server was very friendly and must have come back 3-4 times to make sure everything was ok with our meal and asked if we needed anything. The food came ut in a timely fashion -- not a lot of waiting at all. Overall I'd say this was a very pleasant and positive experience. I will make it a point to come back here!!! If I were to rate this place based on service I'd give it a 4. Only complaint would be they were a little bit slow to take our orders but the servers were all nice and friendly. The poor rating Is due to the lack of flavor in the food. I went with three other people and all agreed. I have driven by this place many times, but finally decided to try it. I love diners and really wanted to love this place. It was ok. I had a roast beef pannini - meh, not really melted and the red pepper was cut way to thick to actually cook thru, fries were good. Others ordered the chicken finger appetizer and said it was ok. Our other guest ordered the cheeseburger with fries - again, ok, but nothing to write home about. I found the prices to be high for typical diner food. We asked to sit a table over just for a little privacy and he said no he's sitting at that table .. Well okay then . When he asked us what we want to drink I order a coke and without another word he brings us Pepsi . My husband and I stopped in on a snowy Friday night and the place was packed! The hostess greeted us pleasantly and sat us right away, which surprised me because it was so crowded. It recently opened, and has been very nicely remodeled, including the restroom. The waiter came to the table quickly, and although he wasn't full of personality he attended our needs and checked back with us several times throughout the meal. I ordered a BBQ chicken paninni, which was tasty. My husband ordered the open faced roast beef and ate every morsel! The food arrived very quickly, which again surprised me because of the crowd. The food was good diner food. Not great, but if I want great food, I don't go to a diner. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others. This is our go-to diner in the area. My grandparents frequent this place, so we always go when I'm in town. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. My grandparents can't set foot in the door without getting the cream chipped beef, while I usually go for a wrap or sandwich from the lunch menu. Their menu is HUGE, their prices are reasonable and their portions are very generous. Worth stopping in if you're in the area! read more

This is a better than average diner that has excellent breakfast. They are also very fairly priced. I usually get the French toast, which is a huge portion, because the batter they use is amazing. I have also had the pancakes (average) and omelet. I found the omelets to be a little scarce on the cheese, which is a pet peeve of mine. They also deep fry their scrapple, which is a huge win in my book. Not quite as good as the Springfield diner, but never has the long wait, and is somewhat cheaper. read more

When I walked in I think they thought I was in a bad mood due to my contacts, but they seated me right away. Tiffany my server has been spot on amazing! A good server is a rarity in the restaurant game, and I commend her and the cooks highly with the response time to my food. I hadn't even finished making my coffee before my appetizer was in front of me. The nachos were decent, but the main thing I came for was the cheesesteak! Which again, the wait time was nonexistent. Tiffany checked up to make sure everything was okay throughout my meal, and I greatly appreciated it! Will never eat there again! I am so pissed off I am beside myself! We stopped in to have dinner..we paid our bill and walked out to the car. Before I even made it to the car I realized I left my phone sitting on the table. I walk back in ...said I just left and realized I left my phone on the table. The host who just started his shift said no one turned it in. I was like I literally just walked out the door. I know exactly where it was sitting on the table and who ever cleaned it off had to have seen and picked it up. He walked in the back asked the staff comes out again says no one has seen your phone ...you must have left it in your car. I started to get upset because I knew I had it while sitting there and never made it back to my car so it was where I left it!! I asked them to call the police. Out comes a nasty little woman smirking telling me I was nuts her staff wouldn't walk away with my phone. I said, we eat here often I am not looking to make a big deal but I know where I left it and I literally just walked out the door. She gave me some excuse that the bus boy was leaving the country in 2 weeks and my phone wouldn't have done him any good. (Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?) so anyway I insist they call the police. As I am on the phone....the host that I spoke with at first walks out of the back with my phone and says it was in the trash.
