I have been getting routine pest control from Aspen for a number of years now. I had signed up for a year with a different pest control company after a high pressure saleseman wore me down and got me to sign up for a 1 year contract, and I was mad at myself for the whole year for allowing myself to get pressured. After that other contract was over I found a pest control company the right way- I did an internet search and found a few candidates and read some reviews, and concluded that Aspen looked like the best prospect. Since then they've done a pest control service visit four times a year and I have had very little problem with any pests during that time. It's always hard to know for sure how much it's helping because you don't know how well it would be going if you didn't have the service, but it has been going well and I have always been very pleased with the professional and friendly attitude of the Aspen personnel. read more

Brad came over to our house and was the best!! Having a great pest control company is a must when owning a home. These guys come out for everything--they're always timely and super responsive. Just last month they helped with wasp and ant control, and Brad was amazing helping us investigate a family of rodents living under our deck (). He was very knowledgeable and kind, and even worked with my husband to remove boards so we could see what was going on, then walked us through every option. We started using this company last year after finding rats in the crawl space and attic ICK! The rats come from the wetlands across the street. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and kind. Seth, the technician, was knowledgeable, patient, kind and thorough. The rat problem has been resolved. We continue the inspection service with bait refills to keep it that way. Bailey, their tech, came this morning and did a thorough job all around the house and in rthe room where we first saw the bugs. I filled out a couple online forms to have someone come out and quote us for treatment and Aspen Pest Control was the first and only company to actually pick up the phone and call us to schedule a quote and answer any questions which I greatly appreciated. They offered a great special of our first treatment for only $99. Nick came out and treated our property inside and outside. He was extremely thorough making sure to treat all areas, moving things out of the way to treat covered areas, removing egg sacs and cob webs from the entire exterior of our home. Pest control service companies, like HVAC companies, plumbing companies, etc. are plentiful. The hard part is finding a good one. One that you will use year after year, providing they maintain their business ethos. I've had Aspen Pest Control for over two years now. I gotta say, a five star rating does not apply here. It's off the charts with this company. Well run, great customer communication, super technicians (friendly and courteous I might add). Got rid of bugs, too! We have used Aspen Pest Control for many years, both in our home and our daughter's home, and have been very happy with their service and quick response to any problems. Today we had them come to look at a problem we were having with flying insects (we thought they were wasps) coming into the house through the attic. Elijah, our Aspen representative today, did a thorough job of locating the nest, and finding other issues in our attic that we weren't aware of. He went above and beyond to explain what was going on in the attic, some gaps in soffit we weren't aware of, and solutions we could explore. He took care of the insects and birds he found. We had a lot of Yellowjackets spiders, and mosquitoes around our house and in our backyard. We also have a dog, so I needed the application to be pet friendly. Candice was super informative when I called, and explained the different programs, one for mosquitoes, and one for crawling and stinging insects and rodents, and how they were scheduled. Brad came out for our initial application, and explained how he would treat the different pests. He was extremely professional, gracious and thorough in his approach.
