Stay far away from this company. Natura took over this company from previous owners (who were super nice). Things were fine for a year then they increased pricing so we did price comparisons with other companies. Nautra insisted we sign up for monthly billing, we told them we did not want to do that and were checking out other companies. I told them to come out and spray and I would be happy to pay them for that one trip- until we decided who we would go with. Well they came out ONCE and they were paid promptly for that service. However they continue to bill us another $50 monthly fee (to which we never agreed and they have no signed document). After trying numerous time to clear this up over the phone ( which they just continued to argue about it). I have never had anyone be so rude. Seriously over $50 when they did nothing. I have run my own business for decades and can't understand such a small mindset as these people. Well today I get another text demanding the $50 payment. Needless to say that went in the trash. Technician left the back gate open and our dog escaped. This is unacceptable. You should not need to put a note in the file to ask the technician to close the gate, it is common sense. The teenager who comes to mow our lawn can manage to shut the gate behind him. This is only our first service and I already regret signing the contract. I am so happy with Natura. We've been struggling with an overwhelming amount of boxelder beetles every fall. The company that we were using would spray the house, but the bugs just kept flying around, maybe a few would die. Well Natura came out and sprayed and I had a deck full of dead boxelders in the hundreds. They weren't there when they sprayed early in the morning but then they swarmed all over the place. Do NOT sign up for their membership--or trust them to do even an adequate job. We hired them to deal with rat problems, with a supposedly inclusive service. What we got was a guy who would come over every few months to add poison to bait stations--something anyone can do. No remediation, no willingness to investigate the issue. Even after being hired and paid hundreds, they refused to come into the house (much less the crawlspace) to investigate the issues we were having. When we asked for repairs on a screen rats had chewed through, they initially tried to charge us more money for a service we had already paid for, only relenting when we escalated the issue. Then they added a single patch held in place by two screws drilled into concrete--which the rats immediately brushed past and through again. When we hired a real pest company, they fixed our crawlspace, permanently, on the second visit. Do not hire Natura. Their management and phone team are nice, but the technicians are bad at the jobs they bother to do. You're better off putting out your own bait traps, or hiring a real company instead of them. They have wasted our time and money. It is possible that Natura are okay at dealing with bugs (some other reviewers seem to think so), and rats are just outside of their abilities. That would be fine, if they didn't claim they could deal with rats and etc. too. Natura management, if you read this: shame on you. You did a bad job, you run a misleading business, and you ripped us off. Shame on you. Any time anyone I know brings up pest control in the future, I will go out my way to make sure they know what a bad job this company did, and how much money and time we wasted. read more

I have used Natura Pest Control for 3 years. In the beginning service and efficacy of service was very good. Spiders were gone no webs anywhere. Recently, over the past 2 service calls it seems we have more spiders than ever. Although the webs around our porch lights are a nice touch for Halloween, I don't appreciate them. When I contacted them, they were very nice and told me this year is an exceptionally bad year for spiders. Well, that's kind of my point, and their business. Our appointment was made to fit our schedule the following day, I was that overwhelmed by these ants and spiders! Renly was prompt and communicative prior to his arrival, he entered our home fully respecting our Covid-19 protocol with boot covers and stayed masked the entire time. He was kind, patient and extremely respectful. He listened to all our concerns, and consternation regarding the ants and spiders the changing season brought us in abundance. He fully explained what and why he was using a specific approach and product. Reassuring us that it would not drip, stink, or leave anything behind that would harm human, plant, or pet. This company is simply amazing and I can't say enough about the tech "Zach". We had a beetle infesation in our rental. We contact Natura because they are one of few that can address flying inscets. We were not able to the rent the house due to the bettle which caused financial peril!!! It was a long battle. During this time we meet one tech in particular "Zach" he understood our problem and wnet above a beyond did research and did the best he could to knock the beetle population down and continue aggressive approach vs just wanting to keep us paying and not seeing results. Zach told us that we needed to remove the food source a humongous tree, which truned into a year long battle with the forserty dept. During this time Zach continued to with the knocking down the beetles and provided his professional assesment in writing which assisted in finally getting rid of the tree and last week we had what we hope our final treatment in the year plus battle!!! All of these people leaving reviews about techs not wearing masks outdoors are dishonest and selfish. If someone came to my door wearing a mask I would ask them to step back and remove said mask so I could identify the stranger at my door. Try reviewing a company based on the services they offer instead of spouting your virtue signaling. We recently hired Natura to treat our home in Newberg. We moved from a city to a more rural area and were not prepared for the bugs. Natura was prompt, friendly, explained everything clearly and did a great job when they were out at our property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contacted Natura to perform a one time service at my house for ants. Everything went smooth with the first visit until I started receiving regular monthly billing statements. I contacted Brinli via email and she stated that there must have been a miscommunication between the tech and the office staff. I assumed everything was resolved until I got a call stating that they were going send me to collections today. The manager Brinli said I signed an agreement of some sort but I did not. After reviewing the document, it is just a scribble! Not my signature at all and not provided by me. This company forged a signature on their service agreement. I asked for them to fix this and she said the only way to do that was to give them more money today. I do not trust them and I would never trust them to enter my house again. We had a problem with wasps building a nest in one of our windows between the storm window and outside of the window so we could not open the window without letting wasps in the house. Aaron from Natura Pest Control arrived promptly, and preformed the service in a timely and efficient manner. He spent some time going over our service and let us known to call as soon as possible if we noticed that the wasps return. During the service Aaron was very professional, courteous and efficient, he was able to answer our questions and cleaned up the debris from the nest when he finished. Update: Saw a spider, called them and they immediately came out and took care of it free under my plan. Haven't seen a spider since!!! Definitely impressed!!! So far so good! I.hate.spiders. We seem.to have a spider problem wherever we go. I've had different companies come out and each time there's been no difference in spider sightings. Found NaturaPC on Google and gave them a call - liked that they use more natural spray so I didn't have the leave the house while they sprayed and that it's kid and pet friendly(the lady on the phone said pets were sage unless I had a pet spider ). Decided to give it a go since the price was very reasonable. They came out two days later, very prompt, and very friendly. Found a couple dead spiders the morning after they came and sprayed(did a little happy dance!). But no creepy crawlers so far! (And usually I see them daily). The tech knocked down all the spider webs and wasp nests around the house, too. They come out twice in two months the first two months and every 3 months after that. And will take care of any bug sightings(should there be any) between the 3 month visits. read more

They put bait boxes in all of the rooms and fill them often and we haven't been seeing any in the house. Last summer and this summer we have had an ant problem. Daniel came and explained the service to us, provided us with all of the information we needed and answered any questions we've had. Every time our house has been serviced, they're friendly to us and our pets. Whenever I call them, the ladies I've spoken to on the phone are just as helpful! My fiancé doesn't like that it's an automated phone call you get that tells you when they are coming to service the house- he always gets the call at work and forgets to tell me or call them back. Jessica was a super nice rep on the phone, but she didn't help us out when I called with complaints. John, a summer associate, came out to ask us if we'd like to service our home for a promo deal. We'd get a discount for being new customers, $120.00 for the first visit, and $99.00 for each continuing quarterly visit - up to five visits. That sounded great especially cause we have a rat problem AND a yellow jacket problem. Here's what we asked: If we don't like the service, is it easy to cancel? Yes, it will be no problem. Will the spray take care of the yellow jackets? (We have a two year old and didn't want him stepping on the nest.) Yes, it will take care of ants, spiders, and yellow jackets. Fast forward to a month later. We still have ants, spiders, and yellow jackets. We get a call that says our next appointment is on Monday. Uhhhh, okay, but the rat traps are still where you left them and the yellow jackets seem to be thriving (honestly, it's like the nest doubled). Us: The service doesn't seem to be working. Them: It takes time for the creatures to die. Us: We were told the the yellow jackets would die in 48 hours. Them: It takes more time than that. We can come back to re-service for free any time, but since you're up for your next appointment, it's too late. The appointment will cost $99.00. Us: We don't want to continue your service if it's not working. We'd like to cancel. Them: You'll have to pay us back the discount ($109.00) for cancelling the service early. Natura Pest Control, please, I'd like to use your service. I'd like to see some immediate progress on the yellow jacket nests, so I don't have to throw a flaming cocktail down there myself. Right now, it feels like I'm paying for 229.00 for nothing. John didn't explain your service very well, especially the bit about the extra cancellation fees. Update #1: Company called to inform me that they require a HAND-WRITTEN cancellation notice 30 days before the appointment, which means I would've had to cancel the appointment on the same day they first showed up. read more

We have a rat in our crawl space, so we asked Natura to come out to help us. We went with the one-time service to trap and remove this rat. Well, the guy came out, set two traps in the crawl space (He was here less than a half hour) and left. Total charge: $216.80. They neglected to tell us one thing until afterwards: it's an additional charge to have them come back and check and/or pick up the traps. And - they're the only ones who can open the traps, so the only way to find out if they got the rat is to have them come out. I can buy rat traps for $20 at a hardware store - why would I pay $216 for someone to place traps for me? I expected a little more than that, and they're not upfront on explaining their service.
