I had "Ryan" come out this last week for a rodent issue. He is one of the most knowledgable and professional people I have dealt with in many years. He is on time, professional, and informational on the issue and the solutions. He found a location the rodents were accessing my office, created barriers, put out bait traps, and keeps my well informed. It is refreshing to find a company that actually treats it clients like family. I own multiple business's and "Ryan" is the type of employee everyone wants to have. He represents Eradicon Vancouver, WA well. read more

I do not recommend Eradicon Pest Services. When I purchased my duplex in January, the previous owners had already been using Eradicon for a rat issue for over a year. In June, my tenants suspected rats were back. I contacted Eradicon (their name was on the traps), and the soonest they could send someone was 3 weeks out. The technician, Cameron, found that all the traps were empty of bait, refilled them, plugged one hole, and claimed there was no new rat activity. There was no follow-up, no clear communication about cost, and no mention of future service--even though I asked. Just a few days later, my tenants trapped four baby rats inside their kitchen. I called Eradicon again--another two-week wait. At that point, I contacted EcoCare Pest Control, who came within a few days. Their inspection uncovered multiple dead rats, several unsealed access points, lots of fresh droppings, and a crawl space in serious need of cleaning and repair--all of which Eradicon had overlooked. When I called Eradicon to cancel service, I was transferred to someone named Mitchell. I asked multiple times to end the relationship cleanly, but he continued making excuses and insisted I owed $495 for five services--none of which I agreed to. There was never a cost estimate or service agreement discussed with me. Mitchell also claimed the ongoing rat problem was due to the "high concentration of rats in the area"--a statement that felt like deflection rather than accountability. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, he accused me of being "retaliatory." This company was unhelpful, unresponsive, and evasive. I wish I had switched sooner. If you're dealing with a serious pest issue, I highly recommend going elsewhere. (Updated August 2025): Eradicon's reply contains several misrepresentations I need to correct. This property was serviced by Eradicon multiple times before I purchased it in January 2025. This was confirmed not only by the tenants, but also by the previous owners' financial statements and by Mitchell himself when I called. In June, I contacted Eradicon after signs of rats returned. Their first available appointment was three weeks out. The tech, Cameron, said there was no active rat activity, refilled empty traps, plugged one hole, and gave no plan or pricing, despite me asking. Ten days later, EcoCare inspected and found dead rats, fresh droppings, and unsealed access points--all of which Eradicon missed. EcoCare backed this with photo evidence. When I called to cancel, Mitchell claimed I owed $495 for five visits, which I never agreed to and was never quoted. He also blamed the infestation on a "high rat population in the area"--a baseless excuse. This duplex is in a residential St. John's neighborhood. I wasn't confrontational--I simply declined to pay for unapproved services and said I'd leave a review. That's not retaliation--it's transparency. Eradicon charged for repeated visits while doing little to solve the issue. I've since hired a more effective provider. Others can make their own call--but I won't be using Eradicon again. read more

When there's a scratching noise in your walls Who you gonna call? Eradicon Had a wildlife issue. Josh and team were so helpful in a difficult situation. After a few days of no scratching sounds, Josh repaired any openings above our porch with flashing. It's about 3 weeks now and still no scratching in the walls at night. Job well done! read more

Great Company, they evaluated our home. Recommended what choices we could do for the mouse issue in our crawl space. No pressure sale. I see why everyone gave them 5 stars. Taylor was awesome! read more

Reliable. Thorough. Friendly....We hired the service for my mother's house. They put up several traps under the house (crawl space), in the house and outside the house and checked for entry ways that rats could get in. Every two weeks they come out and check the traps and all of the places and they even repaired a hole where they had chewed on the side of the house, the vent cover, to get back under the house. The first two times I had to call them back to schedule a follow up visit, but after that they finally started calling on a regular basis to set up appointments to check the traps. They have done a great job so far and we haven't found any rats the past week. They come out reliably, and they text a few days before to make an appointment time window to come out. Plus they text reminders of appointments, which is helpful. Riley and Caleb, both young guys, were very professional and thorough. We have been happy with the service so far. They have replaced bait that the rats have eaten, and have gone out of the way to make sure everything is working effectively to get rid of the rats. read more

I used Eradicon at two different locations. They provide excellent, reliable, friendly service.

I leave town for while and I come back home to a stench. As if something had died and the foul smell is coming from under my house, specifically my kitchen. I then become a frantic homeowner trying to figure out a solution of how to get this unwanted rodent guest from under my home. Mind you, I'm working from home and so a stinky house while working was sooo not favored. This company was very prompt with their responses and was able to get me an appt. Field Tech Jose Gomez came out Monday morning to asses the situation. He was so nice, understanding and was patient in answering all the questions that I had (trust me I had tons of questions). We found out that the deceased guest was a possum that entered through a small crack under the home. Gross, the rodent was probably the size of my Yorkie. Jose was thorough, prompt and even handled the situation in less than an hour. I would totally recommend this company again if I come in contact with any unwanted pest guests at my residence. read more

We had JJose Gomez come out today to solve a bird intrusion problem today and he was professional, amiable and did a great job. We are so happy to have this issue resolved. Thanks Jose and Eradicon. read more

I have to admit, when I think of pest control, I don't expect great customer service, but these guys have blown me away. Yes it's expensive, but boy do you get what you pay for. They absolutely took care of my rat problem, but that was over a month ago, and they're still coming about weekly to check on all the traps to be completely sure none are getting in. They are always professional, answer all my questions, and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them - you can be sure that they will do a great job. read more

These guys do good work. Very kind staff. Very communicative! They always call back right away and make needs heard. Thank you!

They came promptly were very courteous and personable - came back at my request to check and take away what they found which they did quickly and were very thorough - we had some nice under the house - I like animals but they were causing some damage to our storage area so it had to be done read more

We have little ants on our property and have found their way into our house on occasion. So I decided to call this small business with a nice looking website. I called and was scheduled in a time slot that was convenient for me and was met with with courtesy and professionalism over the phone. Jose showed up on time and was knowledgeable and very friendly. We chatted about family and things. He then sprayed inside and outside the house. The chemical once dried is pet and children safe. Super important since we have a small dog. Overall, it was a great service and very reasonably priced. I will use them for all future pest control needs and recommend them to family and friends. read more

If you want professional, friendly, easy, quick and value for money service then Eradicon is def the place to go. I thoroughly recommend them. Picture this: a hot, hot summer, ants galore and a random wasp nest in our front yard with some hugely aggressive wasps. Eradicon were able to come in a couple of days and deal with the ants and wasps promptly and efficiently. Now we can enjoy our front yard without fear of being stung by DGAF wasps, or having to throw out food because of One thing to note: the ant treatment is pet-friendly. Not sure about the wasp treatment, but they will definitely be able to tell you either way. read more

I called Eradicon today as birds had pecked out an attic vent screen, and I thought they might be nesting in my attic. Zane Karver, from Eradicon, came over to check it out. He went up in the attic to find that the clever birds (Flickers, I think) were likely just staying dry in a convenient place. Zane then went outside, climbed a ladder and installed a wire mesh screen to replace the one the birds had pecked out. He also checked the perimeter of my property for any other pest entrance locations. He foamed small cracks in one kitchen vent that I'd never thought needed attention. Zane did an excellent, thorough job and was done in about 20 minutes. I asked him to come back in a few days to install seven bird-proof attic vent screens. I will definitely call Eradicon if I have another pest problem. Zane represented his company very professionally. read more

I emailed the business to get a price on how much it would be to get rid of the ants that were invading our house. They quoted me at $175 and said that there was a 90 day guarantee and they would come back if the ants started up again. They scheduled to come that week as soon as I needed. Jose confirmed the address with me before he came and showed up on time. He was very polite and explained everything very thoroughly. He left his business card and I handed him a check, I then received a receipt within a couple days to my email. I am very happy with the service I received and after day one, the ants were gone! It's nice to know there's a 90 day guarantee just in case. read more

Jose came out to get rid of yellow jackets who made a home above our porch. Jose was professional, personable and very thorough in explaining the process as he worked. Jose gave us tips, tricks and a few cautionary tales to be aware of. We couldn't ask for a better technician or a better experience. Companies that emphasize professionalism AND customer service stay on our speed dial (though I'm crossing my fingers hoping we don't have a need for such a service again). Thank you Eradicon and thank you Jose! read more

We have been using Eradicon's quarterly pest services for about 2 years now and have already recommended their services to all of our neighbors and friends! They are friendly, prompt, and thorough when they make their house calls. We called them when we had a mouse situation recently and they responded swiftly, sent one of their technicians to our home to set traps and seal up possible entry points, as part of the quarterly service. All of their technicians are wonderful but Cameron went above and beyond during a service visit today. They were thoughtful and listened to our requests, and even sealed up more outside entry points to help with rodent control. Would absolutely recommend Eradicon for all your pest control needs! read more

Fantastic service!! I highly recommend Eradicon. My story: I kept hearing scratching behind one wall of my home. Turns out that I had this unique issue where some squirrels got down inside of my defunct chimney (after the cap apparently blew off). Eradicon was able to diagnose the issue and then helped to resolve it in a timely and economical fashion. Mitchell even ordered a special-sized cap for my chimney to ensure a good fit. Such excellent service! They were the first company to respond to my plea for help, and they even came out on the weekend. I couldn't believe the awesome level of service. Mitchell, Jose, Tessa, and Caleb are all extremely helpful professionals!! You can count on them. read more

We have battled with occasional unwanted guests over the past years. We finally had enough of this seasonal nuisance and called for service. Two outdoor crawl spaces were sealed off and no new droppings to see. There was a lingering smell in the basement that no one could figure out until today. Keegan came out, followed the smell, and found the problem! He went above and beyond. He is fast and efficient. We now have the point of entry for the pesky rat which was under the stairs, behind insulation, A piece of sheet rock and between the basement and tub. Keegan put in deodorizer, traps, and said he would come back. He even took pictures so I can show my husband! Forever grateful! read more

They met me before business hours to treat my home. They were quick to respond, informative, and caring.

I had Eradicon come by and take care of a few things for me. I called yesterday and they were able to come by today. Super fast response. Not only that they showed up earlier and ready to go to work. Zane was super professional and was very nice to explain the process on how each issue was going to be taken care of. Zane was also very respectful and courteous in our home and around our family. We've been dealing with pests, mainly rats, in both the attic and crawlspace until we found Eradicon. Caleb has been out a couple of times and on both occasions he went above and beyond what I would expect, or have seen from other companies. I had a very clever raccoon find its way under my eaves and into an inaccessible crawl-space. I gave Eradicon a call based on their current Yelp reviews. They came out next day, did a great assessment and plan of action. Over the next few weeks they were finally able to encourage my unwanted tenant to find other housing (this was the best outcome). The entire Eradicon staff are very nice, responsive, professional, knowledgeable and were great on follow up and next steps. I highly recommend! read more

What a refreshing surprise. The service and pricing was A+ from start to finish. I got through immediately on the phone, was greeted with a very professional and helpful person who scheduled service for the very next morning. Taylor showed up right on time. Very nice young man, super hard-working. He went into my hard-to-access and hot attic with a bee suit to find a wasp nest that turned out not to be there, but really took his time looking around. He was visibly sweating but did not rush a bit. He even sealed up some gaps while he was there at no extra charge. He then located and eradicated a wasp next under the shingles on the roof that turned out to be caused the buzzing,, and used preventative in the adjacent areas. He then fixed a mesh barrier to the crawl space at no extra charge. Given how long he was there, I was astonished at reasonable the cost was. I don't want to state it here because I don't want to hold the company hostage to expectations caused by any particular discounting I might have received, but I can tell you this company will treat you very fairly and reasonably when it comes to pricing. I don't do reviews much, and I'm a picky grader, but I had to review Eradicon because I was so impressed. Highly recommended. read more

Had Eradicon come treat our home for ants and spiders. We worked with Jose Gomez who was extremely knowledgable and informative. Both Jose and Caleb have come out to help with us a bad mouse and rat problem. We had mice in the garage and they even did severe damage to our cars so we were desperate for help. They were both really helpful in explaining what we could do and looking all around our property and inside the garage and house for ways the mice could be getting in. They plugged up holes and left a variety of traps, and were great about our obnoxious dogs too. They have made three follow-up visits since the initial visit too, which is reassuring, and the total cost was extremely reasonable. Mitchell even called me personally when there was an (extremely minor) problem with setting up an appointment. It has been very easy to set up and confirm appointments too, and the office staff was great. Highly recommended. read more
