Insanely long wait, took an hour to be seen regardless of the appointment being at a set time. Then finally went back and had to wait more.

I will start out saying the man working the front desk was nice and I think his name is Alex. He tried to be helpful. I went in for a denture repair and the person who took me back took me to do X-rays. When I told her it was a denture repair she said she had to x-ray first. That was obviously to rack up my bill. She said she had to do them and the she would "see if the lab tech could fix my dentures". I told her so needed to know IF he could fix them first and she rudely told me to give her my dentures. She came back and said it would be a week because they had to order the tooth so I could go somewhere else and maybe I would not have to wait a week. I left very upset and decided to go back in because I didn't know what to do. Alex was super kind and told me the tech might have a close match. While I was waiting my daughter found someone who would send my dentures to the lab and have them back to me the same day. I hope my experience was because of one uncaring person but the fact they wanted to do x-rays for a denture repair tells me they are all about the money. read more

The dentist is very rough and after speaking up I felt dismissed and my feelings were not valid. I will not be returning. Also make sure you read the fine print if you decide to make biweekly payments. read more

Very happy with my visit to this office. I really appreciate the ability to schedule appointments same day as I have a very unpredictable schedule and needed to make my appointment last minute. The whole staff is super fun and friendly and the office manager was very helpful as well. Prices are also very reasonable. I'll be coming back for my regular cleanings! read more

This place gets one star because of the wonder dental hygienist Sara and dental assistant Sierra. However, my experience overall was horrible here. My first visit went perfect with my part one cleaning, but I came in the following week to get my cavities filled and it was a disaster. The dentist and dental assistant were not in sync and you can tell it was their first time working together. I should note the staff here is brand new and honestly I can look past that if the customer service was better from the dentist. The dentist that goes by Dr. B was horrible. She came in and didn't even introduce herself and starting injecting numbing gel into my gums which was very painful. I had to ask her name so o could address her properly and always it's just polite to introduce yourself. It took us a while to finish because I had so many cavities and she was actually pretty decent throughout the procedure until the very end. At the end she just got up and walked out. No aftercare instructions or communication about being finished...Literally just walked out...went to her office and slammed the door. I've never seen anything like it. The bar for customer service must be in hell because it was horrible on her end. I walked to the front and expressed my concerns with the dental assistant and she went and grabbed the office manager and dentist. The dentist excuse was that she was washing her hands in her office with no sink...make that make sense. Mind you the dental assistant already let me know she left for the day once she got up and walked out. It was very unsettling how she dismissed the dental assistant as well. Very very rude. Once I expressed myself to Victor the office manager he kinda excused her behavior in my opinion. He's also has the personality of a salesperson so keep that in mind. I paid for my appointment over the phone and he sat me down to sign a few papers and said "okay, we'll need to collect the $$$ today" because he didn't document in the system I already paid. I was just like really dude? Overall I think Aspen cares more about the money than they do the patience. If you're looking for mediocre dental work and horrible customer service. This is the place for you! Only thing I'm looking forward to is going back to get pet two of my cleaning with their very nice dental hygienist Sarah. However, I wouldn't even be stepping foot in that place again if I didn't already prepay. read more

I should have listened to the reviews.. My upper gum were completely fine until I went for a routine checkup/"cleaning". And, of course because I'm a new patient, they wouldn't do the cleaning until I've done the x-ray, spoke to the doctor etc etc.. They'll charge you before any kind of service. They scheduled my cleaning two weeks out after the initial checkup. I took time off work to go to the dentist just to be told that I'll need to come back again in two weeks. I wish I had never gone in the first place. My gum felt inflamed because the hygienist kept poking at it. Mind you it was not inflamed AT ALL before I went for the checkup. Avoid this place at all cost. Please don't let your loved ones come here. read more

When you walk in the door, they ask for your credit card with no explanation of what you are paying for. Then when you refuse some of the unnecessary services and ask for a refund, they do not process the refund. You have to call and ask multiple times to get your money back. This is a hassle for the patients, but the location does not care. They want your money. read more

I had an extraction today along with a cleaning. First off that was the roughest extraction I've ever had. Secondly I was told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. 2 hours later and nothing so by now the feeling has come back and I'm in pain. Called twice before they closed left message because nobody picked up. No one returned my call and they are closed. But they blew my phone up and returned my call to confirm an appointment more than once. After the second part of my cleaning I will not be back and no I don't recommend read more

I really wanted to give this place a chance. But all the negative reviews are unfortunately true. First, yes the office manager definitely has a used car salesman attitude. They rush you and speak so quick and charge you for every little thing. Secondly, the Dr is very rough with extractions. She took forever and after she finally took the tooth out she just left without saying a word to me. The directions were unclear on what to do after I had all this work done. And the worst part of all, they forgot to send my prescription. I called their after hours emergency line twice to try and get someone to send in my prescription and they ultimately told me to just go to the ER if I'm in pain! The next day I called when they were open and expressed my anger and pain and the receptionist assured me she would get the prescription sent and call me right back. 6 hours later, still no call so I decided to call the pharmacy again to see if they received anything from the dentist. Sure enough they did! But it was extremely disappointing that no one called to confirm the prescription was sent. I will not be back. I was looking forward to bringing my husband and kids to this place because it's so conveniently close to us, but I will never do business with this company again. read more

I would just like to say that this office in Euless has been doing amazing lately. The new office manager Victor and his staff certainly have this office on the right track. I've only been a patient here for a couple of months and needless to say the service is going down. I honestly don't like how this company operates as it's not a traditional dentist office. I called yesterday because I wanted to get a filling done as I've put it off already. I also wanted my wisdom tooth checked out as it's been bothering me lately. I can say when I called in Nathan was very professional and nice. I arrived to my appointment and everyone is nice from the check in to everything else. I was told it was my lucky day as the surgeon was there and I could get my tooth pulled later that day. The only problem I had with the visit is nobody acknowledged that I told them I needed my filling done. I asked about it but at that point I was there so long I didn't want to get it done plus I had to come back later that day. I received a missed call about 2:30 and I called back about 3 mins later so he told that someone had to go to the hospital and all of the appointments were cancelled for the rest of the day. I wish I knew the receptionist name but she's a younger black female who stated the next appointment wasn't until 3/23 and she put me down for the day. The first problem is I made it aware that I was in pain when I scheduled the appointment and when I went in and she tried to schedule me for a month later. The second problem is she didn't bother to ask me was that ok. I asked were there any other options/offices. If not I wanted a refund as I had to pay up front for the services. She said she would have to call around. At this point I just asked for a refund because I don't understand why appointments are once a month or why this surgeon doesn't have his own office. I also took my and my fiancé took off work for this. I was about to find another dentist office who could refer me to a surgeon who has an actual office. She then called me back about 5 mins later stating she called another office that had an appointment next week. As far as customer service goes that should have been offered initially vs I scheduled you a month later. I'm extremely disappointed and after my appointment next week I highly doubt I will return. read more

Aspen Dental in Euless went above and beyond to ensure my new smile would be ready in time. The attention to detail and the attention to me made me feel so special. I had a terrible toothache due to an unfinished root canal from a different dentist. I called the office located on Hulen in Fort Worth. They set an same day appointment for me. The front desk personnel Courtney and Julie were very kind. The hygienist Monica was able to clean my teeth. Dede the assistant saw how much pain I was in & was very kind & attentive on monitoring my time in the office and Dr. Lloyd was the best. I didn't feel any pain while he pulled both my wisdom tooth and the tooth that had the bad root canal done. After today's appointment this will become my primary dentist office.
