Nice people at the front desk and very knowledgeable & caring providers. The only downside is they always seem to be running behind. Appointment can be at 2pm and you're not going to back until like 15-20 minutes later with long wait times in the chair afterwards. Alright, so... This review is based on the billing, nothing more or less. As I reviewed below, the customer service, the cleanliness, and the staff are all wonderful. The care they put into their patients seems genuine, just as the type of care; or maybe that's where it gets questionable. With what I'm here to share, it may sound as if, I'm contradicting myself. Now, billing. I'll say this, now. I'm very grateful I understand medical billing, even with this being dental; some things follow suit. On: 10-28-2023 - They took over my treatment (my braces were already on, I moved and needed to find a new Orthodontist) X-rays were taken at the same time. Nothing needed to be corrected or changed, I picked up from where I left off. Meaning, that being charged for services as if I was starting as a brand-new patient, wasn't necessary. 06-2024: My braces came off - I had a full cleaning. At that time, they wanted to do another complete set of X-rays. I mentioned, that I had them done in October of 23, and the insurance will not cover another set within the same year. They said that would not be a problem and if so, they'll take care of it at that time. I will have to deal with that on my own, I should have asked for that in writing and I didn't. Needless to say, the insurance did not cover those sets of X-rays. I was also, looking at what was submitted to the insurance and what was billable/paid. From the dates above 10/28/23 - 06/20/24: They billed my insurance a total of $9,094. $76 - Oral Hygiene Instructions: This is something I was billed for, but I'm a grown adult, I know how to take care of my teeth and should not have been billed for this. My insurance did not cover this and I will not, either. $22 - Flouride: This is something I get once a year and will pay for out of pocket, but this is something I was not told would not be covered by the insurance. However, I already knew this. I am faithful to getting my teeth cleaned every six months, with my prior dentist, I've never had this issue. I always knew what my costs were before my cleaning and my costs were only for my, fluoride. If you choose to visit this office, I'd suggest you get the procedure codes for what will be done, YOU, call your dental provider and get the coverage information for those codes. When it comes to Orthodontics, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Again, their staff is wonderful, and the customer service is excellent; but when my money is being mishandled, that cancels out everything else. read more

This morning I had dental cleaning appointment with Glade Dentistry of Euless. I was aware that some of the reviews were not very encouraging, however this location was covered by my insurance. Since most of my paperwork was done online so it took me only couple of minutes at the front desk. I had to wait about 5 minutes before being called in for x-rays. Thereafter Dr Tewari came in and examined the mouth including cracked and missing teeth. He suggested solutions for those issues and gave me printouts of the procedure codes, charges, insurance portions and patient's responsibilities. Absolutely there was no undue sales pitch or pressure. Thereafter Dr Tewari cleaned the teeth and then hygienist applied fluoride and did the cleanup. Very clean facility, pleasant staff and very gentle doctor. read more

Just a wonderful experience! I've been with the same dentist for 20+ years. He retired last year and I decided to find a dentist closer to home. I had to make an emergency appointment with Dr. Sivakumar for a broken tooth. I feel like the Green Bay Packers going from Favre to Rodgers for quarterbacks! I went from lifetime dentist to lifetime dentist. The staff was awesome from the moment I walked in the door at 7:50 AM. My appointment was at 8:00. I checked in, did x-rays, was prepped for a crown, then received the final crown. I was out by 10:15 AM!! The cost was right on target. I knew I would have to pay something, even with insurance. This was almost exactly the amount I expected to pay. I made an appointment for my first 6-month checkup before leaving. Dr. Sivakumar was very professional, but also felt like a trusted friend. I got a great vibe immediately. Finding new doctors and dentists are a beating. I'm so happy I found Dr. Sivakumar and Glade Modern Dentistry. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Let me give you all some background. For the first time in 20 years of my life I've had an amazing dentist who literally do it all from surgery to to whitening to braces. He was funny , he was patient and a saint at dealing with all my fears about dental work. he did everything in his power to comfort and explain everything thing he did in a way that I understand. We ALWAYS had face to face time.. rather he was doing the actual work or it was his assistants. Shout out to Dr. David Slater.Then I was given the unfortunate news he decided to retired. Great for him. For me I've been through pure hell ever since with crappy dentist. Somehow I got the bright idea at 32 to get braces and do it with a new dental office that even after going to them for a year knows nothing about me personally. literally none of me allergies are listed on my chart. Which I know for a fact I told them about more than once, but I digress. Nor have they shown any interest to discuss my plan and producers in detail. I had to look at my own chart after being left in a room 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to know what is going on. I'm extremely disappointed that I literally drive from Dallas to Euless for these appointments for my time not to be considered as valuable nor does the orthodontist have enough respect for me as a patient to walk me through the process of getting and having braces. I was supposed to have my braces off in November 2022 after getting them put on in 2021 but I have 2023 drives to look forward to from Dallas to Euless. I even asked if something can be done about switching the service to another office or something but I was denied that option. I deeply regret choosing this office specifically for my service and implore everyone to research every doctor and dentist. Your not gonna take my money no insurance my actual money and treat me like a patient number. I'm so absolutely disgusted with this office that I had to write this long ass review. read more

A basic cleaning and checkup appointment lasted at least an hour and a half which would be understandable if there were issues found or other difficulties but it was largely due to the dentist and hygienist pausing to carry on conversations during the cleaning/exam. The team behaved as though there was no one sitting in their chair and even joked about the patient not throwing up as they neglected to properly utilize the suction tool during the exam. They have one who comes in once a month to do "crown lengthening " for Everyone scheduled that day. So after 6 weeks painful temporary bridge they tell me need this never heard of procedure and now have to gum my food waiting on that has to heal bf permanent bridge (I'm pretty sure they lost or broke). I have great insurance but owe 3k for 2 visits over 6 weeks stretched to until heal after this 3 hour procedure and can finally get permanent bridge. When did temp bridge was told "might" need one tooth lengthened when get permanent bridge. Instead make you wait for one day a month dentist, specialist in this sketchy procedure adding $$$ to all patients that day. So now continue waiting for permanent bridge it will be minimum 8 weeks over 3 visits. They will lie to your face then gaslight saying already told you all this..... read more

The 1st time I Visited this office, when Dr Javery Ahmed team there was great. I was grade it 5+. But now is different !. It is hard to see the dentist. It only see the dental assistant or Dental Health, but charge as dentist fee. Cleaning can cost you around $1K. Just like other review said, this place is like cars sales, it try to sell a lot of stuff that you do NOT need it. It took a lot of unnecessary procedures. My last visit I had 5 procedure, 3 of them, my insurance give the warning. here one of the warning "According to our guidelines, the fee for this procedure is considered to be part of, and included in the fee for a completed service. This is my experience in 2 visits. I will not be returning to this place again.  I would say that today was somewhat better than last visit BUT they are very overpriced.  I have never been to a place to get a cleaning and 1. spend $168 for Nitrous, 2. Another $140 for the cleaning, That was supposed to be covered with insurance, 3.and after a cleaning no dentist to check on me.  This is just very poor service.  I also asked for a breakdown of the money I spent and did not receive.  In 2 visits I spent over $1200 for cleanings, just crazy.  I am sure they don't care and none of this matters to them, but I am sure that with google and Yelp, I can help someone else. read more

this place is nothing but a scam. the dentists and front desk staff appear sincere at first but quickly start to recommend extreme, unnecessary and expensive treatments. they quoted me thousands for procedures that second options have confirmed are not needed. when i was hesitant, they were rude and incredibly pushy, even recommending i take out loans or open credit cards. really disappointing experience. once your teeth are compromised, theres next to nothing you can do to restore the damage. sad this place is willing to push detrimental treatments to make a quick buck off of impressionable patients. read more

The clerical staff, x-ray tech, and dental hygienists were fabulous!! They were genuinely nice and thoughtful. HOWEVER,.. I've been told by two dentists that I should consider myself lucky because I will never need my top wisdom teeth removed and my bottom ones never grew. Also, my two prior dentists never mentioned needing braces for the gaps in my bottom teeth. I came to this dentist and he recommended I get my top wisdom teeth removed because, and I quote, "if something were to happen I'm afraid it'd be too late". I honestly don't know what he meant, but I also didn't bother to ask ‍. He also recommended I schedule an appointment with an orthodontist about my gaps (no thanks). Very strange. I would definitely take their recommendations with a grain of salt and if they recommended an expensive procedure I would 100% get a second opinion. read more

Once they submit to insurance and the in network fees are negotiated they will not send you back the amount you overpaid. They claim that this remains theirs. I have a client who used Glade Modern Dentistry to get a partial denture. They charged him for a flexible plastic denture when they gave him the metal one which was $150 less in copay than the flexible one. The insurance company called them and tried to resolve issue but Glade Dentistry would not call them back. I the called them myself after my client had called twice and they would not return his calls either. I called them myself and again, all I could get is a receptionist. I explained the issue in detail and told them if they did not return call to client by end of day, he would file a complaint with Texas State Board of Dental Examiner. That was bottom line, if you want to be overcharged, go to Glade Modern Dentistry. I wish he would have checked their reviews before he went here. They have many complaints. Try to trick you into signing a financial agreement saying it is only saying we provide an estimate. Rude when you do not sign. Did not get regular cleaning as scheduled. Wasted 1 hour of my time. I've never written a review before, but I was extremely upset with the service I received. I called ahead of time and double checked in person if my insurance covered my visit. After showing my insurance card and asking for another opinion, I was told that my visit was covered by 3 employees. After receiving x-rays and a cleaning, I was informed on my way out that it was not covered after all and had to pay out of pocket for all services. When you make an appointment you expect to be seen at the time scheduled.. not the case here. You'll wait upwards to 30mins into your appointment time to be seen then wait another 10 for someone to finally see you in the room. The hygienist is wonderful so sweet and well informed but Dr.Ajayi ( something like that ) probably got her degree off the internet , such an incompetent dentist and doesn't care about your concerns nor to even really check your teeth. I kid you not the whole time i was with the hygienist i thought she was the Dr because of how well informed she is. I use to go to Dr. Ahmad but unfortunately she doesn't work there anymore. The orthodontist is a scammer!! She said she can't put permanent retainers on my teeth because they're "too crooked" which doesn't make sense if the purpose is to retain the way your teeth currently are not fix them. I have been a customer for years with this office. At first I was very satisfied and impressed with their service. Recently I went in to get my daughter evaluated for braces and they were supposed to email me my quote. I yet to receive that quote and it's been over a month since our appointment which I booked two months before the appt. I have called and followed up multiple times requesting the information and never get what I need. You would think they would want this business. I escalated my call to the office mgr, leaving her a message with Ruby and never received a call back. Just called right now and Ruby again was not helpful. We have been using Glade for about 2 years. The previous dentist were - sorta Lame. Did not know how good service and facilities could be until we moved our business. Although the location is a little awkward for us, we are satisfied with the service. Everything is clean and the staff are well trained in their duties. The dentist and the dental assistant were very nice and I have no complaints about them. I hated everything else about the experience though. If I could give 0 stars I would. Here are all my complaints. 1) The "check in" paperwork that was required before the appointment was absurd. Too much information was requested for a simple dental visit. No dentist needs to have my Drivers License number for any reason. 2) I was called 20 minutes before my appointment demanding my social security number to verify my insurance. When I explained to the receptionist I'd feel more comfortable giving her that information In person when I arrived at my appointment she was very rude and kept threatening that my appointment would be delayed. I did not appreciate being berated into giving out confidential information over the phone. 3) I arrived at the office at 9:51 for a 10 am appointment. I went inside to verify my SSN and she directed my back to my car where I had to call at 10 to make sure my room was ready for me. That was ridiculous. I was there waiting outside. It should be up to you to call me when to come inside, not the other way around. 4) When I did call at 10 to verify my room was ready only then did the receptionist have some additional questions for me. What?! Why couldn't we do that during the 9 minutes I was outside waiting in my car? What a poor use of time. 5) My exam began. We took pictures. Dentist looked at my teeth. But before the dentist could clean my teeth I had to wait for someone from billing to talk to me about how much it would all cost? What?! That should have been done beforehand. Once I'm in with the doctor, I'm in with the doctor. Never in my life have I had an appointment interrupted like that to discuss billing. That's something that needs to be sorted out before an appointment. (Say the 9 minutes I was waiting around in my car.) I thought the entire experience was completely unprofessional. So if you are struggling to find a great dentist in the Colleyville or Mid Cities area, consider your search to be over. Dr. Dave and his staff are truly the best. The receptionists are SO friendly, and thorough. They are also very helpful with explaining to you what your insurance covers and why something may cost more, etc. Dr. Dave has done multiple crowns and fillings for me and my family and they were always absolutely pain free. He's also a super nice and easy to talk to guy. In summary, I'm glad I found Dr. Dave and his great staff at Glade Modern Dental. The other reviews are no joke-- this place is legit and all about the patient! I've walked out of cleanings before crying with bloody gums and hating my life, but leaving Dr. Dave's, even with a numb mouth, is like walking on sunshine. read more

I am not one to ever write a review for this type of thing, but I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else. According to Glade Modern Dentistry I needed many crowns, a tooth extraction, and other work done that was originally quoted to me at an unbelievable cost of $10,000. I was told this would take several visits. At my second visit, we had some changes to the treatment. I asked very specifically. "What is my total for the ENTIRE treatment" I was told $8,600. At my third visit I signed off on what procedures I was doing that day and again asked "What is my total for the entire project". This time I was told $25,000. I could not believe this. Nothing had been added to my treatment. When i asked why this had gone from $10K to $8.6K to now $25K I was told the other quotes were for only half of my mouth. Who gives you an estimate for half of the project? They did admit that they were at fault for this, but did nothing to rectify the issue. I asked 3 times for what my total on the entire project was before they told me the true actual cost. At this time they had already been paid over $7,000. I tried to reach a mutual agreement to finish the treatment that i thought was very fair, but they declined. I will not be returning. read more

Not only did I NOT have to take off work and use PTO to go to my dental appointment (since they're open until 7pm), but the staff is super awesome and the dentists are down to earth and do a fantastic job.
