Dr. Hashem is the best! He has surpassed our expectations and continues to treat our kids with excellent care and patience. My daughter is almost done with orthodontic treatment and my son is just starting phase 1 of treatment. Dr. Hashem has given my daughter a perfect smile and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Dr. Hashem explains the treatment thoroughly and his staff does so as well. The staff are friendly and the hours are great. They even offer Saturday appointments! We love the Colleyville location because it's close to our house but we also go to the Flower Mound location when it's convenient. A lot of our friends have brought their kids to Dr. Hashem and they've all had great experiences as well! read more

They definitely try to be flexible with my kids' school schedule which is so important, and they have been kind and understanding with them. My kids are pretty good about teeth stuff, but it still helps when they are understanding about pain during ortho adjustments. Their office is also kid friendly with games and a slushee machine. read more

I brought one of my kids to Hashem's a few years back, and now my other kid. The office ladies are great to work with and the doctor and assistants take good care of the patients. I've recommended Hashem Orthodontists to several friends. I like that they have payment plans for the portion that the insurance doesn't cover. They are great. read more

Hashem Orthodontics has been supporting Colleyville Heritage girls' basketball for over a decade now. Their sponsorship to our Lady Panther Basketball Camp is used to assist those students who cannot afford to attend our basketball camp this summer. Their generosity over the years has been extremely helpful, and we sincerely appreciate it! Thank you for all that you do for us and for the community in Colleyville. read more

The care and attention is great. Both kids have been taken care of but Dr. Hashem and his staff. They make it fun and easy for the kids

Okurrrrrrr.... Baby got braces (and so did my son). What had happened was... my teen had two baby teeth with no adult teeth in sight, so I knew a decision would have to be made on how we were going to address it. Our dentist suggested an ortho consultation with someone in his office so I figured why not throw myself into the consultation mix too? We had our consultation and I wasn't thrilled with the treatment plan for my son, so I decided to get a second consultation and that's where Dr. Hashem comes in. First of all, booking the consultation was easy and I had a lot of questions that were answered on the phone before we arrived. You get email and text reminders for your appointment and I do love technology so I appreciated that. My son and I both had xrays and then the doctor came in, checked us out and gave the treatment options. Oh my, so much to think about for my son! Do we remove the baby teeth and close the gaps with a 3 year plan or do we keep the teeth in and wait for them to fall out, hold the spaces and get implants when he turns 18? I decided that trying to keep his own teeth was a better, albeit more expensive option and I didn't want to set him up for a lifetime of implant drama if I could help it. My 50 year old mouth was doing fine but I do have some minor crowding on top and a major snaggletooth on the bottom that although isn't that noticeable, I notice. Neither one of us were candidates for Invisalign so we both opted for hybrid braces (clear on top and silver on the bottom). I researched that it's the best combo because the metal is more durable for bottom teeth. The office staff is so incredibly kind and efficient. It's like a well oiled machine! Everyone has their role and they execute them perfectly. Everyone looked like they actually enjoy their job. I heard about their slushees and how fun the waiting area is, but of course at this time, we couldn't experience any of it due to safety protocols. I spent hours researching all of the orthos in the area. Dr. Hashem has been in the field since 1996 and all my research on him was positive. Some people complained about the wait, but come on, this is a delicate and intricate process. Just assume you have an appointment after a PITA like me who has a million questions. I even saw a picture where they put wax and bands on their door for patients during the covid shut down. Isn't that sweet? I emailed them for the pic they took while I was there and not only did Mary send it to me, she asked how we were doing then replied again with some affirmations and suggestions for relief. In the end, comparing my two different consultations, 24 years of experience and the way they have the whole process down to a science, won me over. Plus the fact that we got our top braces right away. Like the same day we had our consultation!!! read more

Wonderful staff and amazing doctor. Me and my whole family trust the care of Dr Hashem and his team.

Dr Hashem and his staff are kind, informative and always get us in and out quickly! We have had a great experience here!!

Work customer service. They only work with you if you're Caucasian. Sadly my son has two yrs left of braces here and have to deal with them. If you're a minority (especially Hispanic) take you're money elsewhere where you will be teated equally and listened too. read more

Best experience over the last 18 months! We love the staff and doctor. They always explain things so that my daughter understands what is expected of her. Highly recommend ! read more

I like the work they do, HOWVER, every time I'm here for our appointment they make me wait 15-30 minutes before my kid is seen, this makes me late to my appointments after our appointments. I make appointments for a reason, because I have a schedule. I wish they would make sure they're on time, because I'll always on time, me having to wait, tells me they feel their time is more valuable than mine. read more

It went really quick. It's clean. The doctors are nice. There is nice music. Lots of toys for children Smells good New appliances Close to 121 Easy to get here read more

Dr. Hashem and staff are wonderful! They have helped me with knowing just to wear my night guard for the best low cost solution which was free. Also my son for the latest technology for best results in a quicker time; the white braces that don't show as much either. He has had dental trauma, an extra tooth and a tooth that is in the roof of his mouth. They helped him feel comfortable and get over his anxiety. Love his results compared to my older daughter with a different orthodontist. The whole staff is very kind and helpful! read more

After having a few meetings with other orthodontists, I met with Dr. Hashem and his team. He was very calm and confident that he could help me achieve a better smile. I am in my 30's, so this was a nerve racking decision but he made me feel at ease. I received an expander, full set of braces, and permanent retainers on top and bottom. From start to finish, Dr. Hashem and his staff were professional and made me feel very special. I can't thank them enough for the process and making my smile so much better. True professionalism and that is something that I always look for. Thank you Hashem Orthodontics! read more

This is my third time in braces and my first time in Invisalign. Dr Hashem is extremely competent and his professional demeanor is excellent. My situation was somewhat complicated and he gave me three alternatives for treatment. His thorough and patient explanation made the decision much easier. I am very happy with the treatment plan and the result is looking even better that I expected. The staff is very courteous and I feel very comfortable at my appointments....particularly being an older client. I would highly recommend Dr Hashem and his crew. Fantastic experience! read more

My son has been seen here for the last 2.5 years. We met the orthodontist on the initial consultation and never saw that man again. The assistants are the only ones you will have contact with from there on out. They were terrible arlt giving updates and setting expectations (letting us know next steps...). They would just hand you a card with your next appointment on it. Several times we left there completely disappointed because we would be told my son would get braces off "next visit" only to get there and them tell it would be the next visit....this happened at least twice. Today was the last straw....we waited for an hour. I started to see other patients arriving after us being seen and we were still waiting. I'm pretty sure they had just forgotten about us. I had to go complain for them to realize they had forgotten about us.....so, we were told we would get braces off today and well, what do you know...they say next visit. I'm so sick of getting the run around....I cannot wait until my relationship with this office is done. I made the mistake of paying for all the care up front. Otherwise, I would have found someone else. read more
