It's very hard to make appt with this place, every single time! Be prepare to make ortho plan at this place a PRIORITY over school/life. I wish I knew about this issue before signing for the multi-year plan. Now I just feel stuck.

Patt is the smiling face that you see when you walk through the front door. She's the best, knows everyone and keeps everything running and on schedule at that office. I had Stacey today for the Invisalign installation and she was wonderful. Deanna checked me out after the appointment and scheduled my next one. She's so sweet and personable. The new Dr. Gopffarth (a local Keller kid, love that ) is phenomenal and a great asset to the practice. Keller is very lucky to have Dr. McReynolds and his expertise for so many years. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by an incredibly friendly staff. The office is spotless, well kept, honestly it feels more like a model home than a dental office. It also has a cool play/wait area for kids with movies playing. Our consultation was excellent. Dr. Johnson took the time to explain everything to both us and our son, ensuring everyone understood what to expect. He provided options, his recommendations and genuinely listened to our thoughts and concerns. We just finished up our 3rd visit and couldn't be happier. The entire staff from the techs to the front desk have been wonderful. We specifically worked with Ava, she was fantastic throughout the entire process. She explained each step during setup and prep, making sure our son felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Johnson really is great with kids. He engages with them and keeps them distracted while he works, he's compassionate, quick & efficient, definitely one of the best! We're so grateful to have found this office and highly recommend them. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

BEWARE! Conner was an older child that Dr Ashcroft kept until age 19. My son had been going to Dr…read moreAshcroft for years in Northlake before moving to Haslet. I noticed in 2025 there was only one oral exam and xrays in March and GEHA allows for 2 x-rays and 3 cleanings per annual year. Conner continually complain of pain and sensitivity and in September was told he would need to have the one tooth worked on. However, we changed dentist because of the move to Haslet and in November, a few months later it was determined Conner had 22 cavities. That is a far cry from one. After contacting Dr Ashcroft, he stated he is conservative on treatments and his x-ray did not show that. However, the x-ray he did was in March of 2025 and the other dentist was in November 2025. There should have been xrays done in September not just cleaning. I asked for the cleaning to be reimbursed to me because I feel that the oral exams and x- rays were not done on visits since March 2025, which clearly you will see in the photos promoted the cavities. I thought and expected Dr Ashcroft to resolve this matter by reimbursing the $86 for the cleaning even if it was done because of the over abundance of cavities that were missed. I have GEHA dental insurance over 10 years and will file a complaint. I had to pay for a 4th cleaning and normus bill for the repair of 22 cavities. The photos are from the new dentist on the 22 cavities. Dr Ashcroft stated that the new dentist over reacted and they are not cavities or needed, which I disagree. See for yourself! Besides these photos were sent to GEHA who approved the treatments.
