I go at 7am, so I don't miss work. I've been there during lunch time and it was also pretty calm and I was able to get in and out quickly. They also send out email reminders, which I appreciate a lot. There are snacks and free coffee in the waiting room. I've never taken any of them, but I still appreciate that they are there. This place is great if you have all the time in the world to sit in a waiting room. I don't know if…read morewe've ever waited less than an hour for an appointment which is always confusing as to why they even bother giving appointment times. I'm required to be there and check in on time, but it is rare, if it has ever happened, that they pull up their end of the bargain. Explain today that the children's grandmother's viewing was today, ask how close they could be to his actual appointment time, and the receptionist said it is probably better that we just reschedule stating that they're far behind, per usual. This tells me they don't really care about their clients and are just in it for the volume/money.
