I was previously a patient at this practice after my husband had a positive experience here following his wisdom teeth removal. He has no significant dental issues, but unfortunately, my circumstances have been more complex. During a procedure, the dentist inadvertently damaged my front bridge--an expensive restoration that had been carefully placed by my previous provider in Seattle. While I understand that accidents can happen, what deeply concerned me was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, the dentist allowed me to leave the office without telling me it was damaged; I had to discover it at home. When I later addressed the issue, I was offered a minimal "repair". Unfortunately, the "repair" left the bridge with a very noticeable permanent defect. Based on this experience, I am not confident recommending this office to others. read more

Novocain doesn't work well on me so I had a number of very unpleasant experiences growing up with dentists and have substantial anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I went to Dazzle Dental Care after more years of avoiding the dentist than I care to admit and needed a cleaning and the repair of an existing filling. I had an appointment as a new patient for a dental exam after moving to the area and needing a new dentist. After arriving for my appointment at Dazzle Dental, I had mixed up my dates. My tooth had started bothering me right after I'd made the appointment oddly enough. The front desk girl was super nice and after talking with the doctors, they saw me right away. After visiting this dentist on Tuesday 4-9-24, I'm not understanding how they have 5 stars. My experience was the worst dentist experience that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I was there for the semi annual cleaning and an initial exam because I was hoping to change to a dentist i didn't have to drive to Dallas from Flower Mound to see. I've been going to a great dentist office in Dallas for about 15 years. That Dentist office is Park Central Dental Dr. Mazim Nakleh. They are awesome nut it's 40 minutes each way for me. The office staff at Dazzle Dental were efficient yet quite unfriendly and definitely uncaring especially when I notified Hahn of my very negative experience. She could not have cared less about the pain and discomfort that was inflicted and offered nothing but a half hearted "sorry" as I described it. I expected at the very least a follow up call from the doctor or someone to address my concerns but there has been nothing. The doctor performed the exam and the cleaning and in both cases he seemed to be in a hurry and was definitely very with a very sensitive area. The prodding of my gums was pretty painful and overzealous. The Dr used a high pitched device for the cleaning that made me jump in the chair several times, until I finally yelled loudly due to extreme discomfort, then he finally changed his method. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and I've never had a cleaning hurt even close to this much. If you like dental pain, then Dazzle and Dr. Nguyen is for you. If you don't mind a drive to Royal Ln. and I-75 for a great dentist then try Park Central Dental. I will be looking for a different dentist that doesn't suck in Flower Mound for my future care. read more

I have to drive quite a ways to get to Dazzle Dental but it is worth the drive. They also do not over treat you (like a lot of dentists do these days) and will refer you to a specialist if you need something outside of their scope. Highly recommended! read more

I used to go to this office a few years ago but I ended up having to move and try out a few other dentists. With many bad experiences at other offices I decided to make the drive from Dallas and come back again and I am so glad I did! Their customer service is always superb and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. When applying for dental insurance before scheduling an appointment the front desk, Betty, was so helpful in answering my questions and took time to help me understand my benefits and coverage. I also appreciate the dentist being more conservative in treatment. I had a couple teeth that she was wanting to only watch for now instead of immediately wanting to treat like most offices would suggest. I'm so relieved I decided to return to this practice as nothing can compare to compassionate, quality care! read more

After moving to Texas I searched around for a dentist in my area. I found dazzle dental through all the good reviews I read. Dr Nguyen did my fillings and he was great, very informative and let me know all the work I needed. I set up more appointments and Dr Drew did some other fillings. I barely felt a thing when she injected me without any laughing gas or anything. I convinced my wife to also try them out since she's terrified of dentists and she loved Dr Drew. The hygienist is very nice and taking the xrays was a breeze without feeling any pinching on my gum. Would highly recommended this office to anyone needing a great dentist. read more

I have been going to Dazzle Dental since 2010 but took a 1-2 year hiatus because they were out of network on my insurance plan. However, after my recent experience at another local dentist, I decided to go back. (See my review on The Lewisville Dentist.) I was told I needed a root canal and that it could cost around $900 total for the root canal and crown. Because I never had a cavity, I thought how can I need a root canal. I was very upset and frustrated after I left The Lewisville Dentist and called Dazzle Dental. Dazzle Dental got me in the same day. Long story short, I came to Dazzle Dental and Dr. Nguyen confirmed that it was just a cavity. He got me in the next day (on a Saturday). My bill was only $137 after insurance and that was the out-of-network cost. The staff at Dazzle Dental is extremely friendly. I am thankful that they are so ethical and honest too. I am now pain-free, didn't have to undergo an unnecessary root canal and saved almost $800. I would definitely recommend Dazzle Dental. read more

Great business. I had a dental emergency and they figured out a way to fit me in even though I was a new patient. The check in process was very easy and the paperwork was minimal. The office staff took care of everything with my insurance to make sure I had as little out of pocket as possible for my visit. They explained the charges very well to me and there was nothing inflated at all about it. The staff was very patient and understanding. They made me as comfortable as possible. Even though I was a squeeze in appointment, I still felt important to the doctor. They made sure to schedule a post op visit for me a week out so they can check up on me. I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen's Dazzle Dental clinic for over 10 years. As a working person I really appreciate the Saturday appointment hours! The Doctors and staff have always been very friendly,thorough and explain all the procedures. They also are accommodating should an emergency arise. If a minor issue shows up in an exam, they are not pushy or pressuring to take immediate action. They describe the options and may say "Let's put this on the watch list until the next check-up." The office and equipment is state-of-the art. Their pricing is right in line with other clinics in the area (when I compared with friend's procedures at other clinics), no outrageous co$t$. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Drew! I've always hated going to the dentist, I'm terrified of needles. Not only did i not feel a thing when Dr. Drew numbed me, I wasn't even on any laughing gas or anything!! Her hands are so gentle, and she's so calm and steady when giving you the injection. She's amazing honestly I am amazed how I barely feel it. And when she's working on you it's so relaxing they have this mouth piece thing where it collects all the water so you never feel like your drowning in water or chocking. I always ask for her when I go in. I set up my first appointment to try them out. After she finished my fillings I set up 4 other appointments that day to do all my other work. I'm not scared to go back in as long as she's working there I'll go back for all my dental work! I've been telling everyone I know to ask for her. Would highly recommended Dr. Drew make sure to ask for her! Also the hygienist is so nice! She did my clean and I was so surprised I didn't feel any pain or irrational with my gums. He makes sure to comfort my 3 year old and explains everything to my child to make sure that he is not scared. We moved to the Lewisville area fairly recently, and my brother suggested I go to Dazzle Dental, as that is where he takes his family and they all like it. I have to say, I have nothing but positive things to say. I rarely have to wait more than five minutes before I'm called back, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the office is clean and cheerful. Most importantly, my wife is comfortable coming here. She has a severe fear of the dentist, and we've had a few unpleasant run-ins with less-than-great dentists over the years, but Dazzle Dental has been able to even do a root canal on her with minimal fuss.
