The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

When I think of my dentist, Dr. C, I smile knowing from the front door, his staff will greet you, and when you sit in his chair, it is like going to a therapy session. His staff is like a family. No, not like car dealerships try to lie to us, but really, like family you want to see. Immediately this guys voice and sense of humor is calming. Once he is getting down to the business of working on your toofers, he is truly a master at making it painless no matter your past experiences. I was a complete and total wimp when it comes to dental work, until I visited Dr. Coston. Now, I actually look forward to seeing him because I know he genuinely cares to make sure you are relaxed, understand the procedure, and can relax. The drive in traffic is more painful than the visit. He is pleasant and thorough. When he is on vacation, the office is a complete 180. They lost my recently scheduled appointment. I received 1 text message asking if I wanted to cancel my appointment, and I did not. When I called to confirm my appointment, Tracy hung up in my face after claiming I was called multiple times. No one called me. And this is not the first time their offices have claimed to call me when they had not. Before I could confirm which number they had on file for me, Tracy hung up on me while I was speaking. I spoke with another woman who could not find me in the system and kept me on hold for several minutes before the line disconnected. I will assume that I have no appointment and will speak with Dr. Dinh about how poorly I was treated when he returns next week. Please record your calls when contacting them.

They called me a few days before my 3-hour appointment to cancel my appointment because there was an issue with my Insurance. I called my insurance, and there was an enrollment issue that occurred but I was able to take care of it quickly, and it was not my fault at all. The Dental office did not trust that and wanted to cancel the appt and/or I paid in full even though I had my half of the money ready. They also did not want to wait the 45 days for the insurance to pay them for my first appointment, which I had asked them to re-file it, since the issue was fixed, the supervisor did not want to and made a point to say "we only file the claims out of courtesy" along with suggesting that I paid in full and my insurance paid me back. That right there, means they just care about the money, not the patients. We ended up canceling the appointment because I was scared they would try to charge me more than what I should be charged and I would not be able to come back 3 weeks late to get my crown on. Needless to say, I am unable to get a phone call back from them and had to go to an emergency dental place to get a tooth pulled & a bad cavity filled, which.. My insurance paid in full.
