I recently went to a different doctor in Frisco who was horrible while trying to do my root cancel I felt everything, and I left in tears. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Pumilia and I was relaxed and well taken care of! The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

My first root canal they were able to do at the dentist, but this one I was referred to a specialist. It was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain . Dr. Saunders and the Essential Endodontics crew made the pain go away in less than 2 hours . I also received a call the next day to make sure I was okay . If your dentist sends you here don't be scared, the worst part is when when they numb the area as they are going to work on , you will feel close to nothing during the procedure. After Dr. Dazey looked at my husbands dental x-rays, he said, " I would love to sell you a root canal, since that is how I make a living, but you actually need a dental implant " He took a lot of time with us, how he came to that conclusion and pointed out the areas of the tooth that showed no root damage. It is wonderful to go to a dentist who is more about the patient then making an extra dollar and we both very much appreciated his honesty, integrity and good work ethic. The work the dental technicians at Trail Creek do is fine. I've had no complaints there. However, when it comes to their administrative staff I am absolutely finshed with them. They've messed up the schedule on my last two cleanings. They messed up the schedule on my wife's last cleaning and were very rude to her. To the point the lady at the desk wouldn't talk to my wife and walked away. Then they snuck in a $50 missed appointment fee for "my" missed appointment on her bill and didn't tell her they were doing it!! When I called and discussed it with them, there were no management around to discuss it. I gave them a chance at making this right and I will not be back. Don't write trite response just to save face. Just another bad Dentist.
