He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. The dental assistant had to ask for help to operate the equipment and talked me into a fluoride treatment. I really thought they forgot about me before the dentist came in. The dentist came into the room, never introduced himself, did not even have his name on a badge or scrubs, and didn't even sit down. He looked into my mouth while standing. They forgot the fluoride treatment. Someone came in and tried to have me leave a Google review while she watched me. Just a very awkward and non-professional experience. I will not return.

Okay, so when you think dentist, ouch comes to mind. Erase that immediately. When I think of my dentist, Dr. C, I smile knowing from the front door, his staff will greet you, and when you sit in his chair, it is like going to a therapy session. His staff is like a family. No, not like car dealerships try to lie to us, but really, like family you want to see. Immediately this guys voice and sense of humor is calming. Once he is getting down to the business of working on your toofers, he is truly a master at making it painless no matter your past experiences. I was a complete and total wimp when it comes to dental work, until I visited Dr. Coston. Now, I actually look forward to seeing him because I know he genuinely cares to make sure you are relaxed, understand the procedure, and can relax. The drive in traffic is more painful than the visit. I look forward to the day when this man gets to retire, and enjoy it for all the care he has given me and my family, but I just hope he sticks around for as many years as he enjoys it. There's no way to find a better dentist, so I always say that when he retires, I plan on using the dentist he choses. Take care of yourselves. Smile bigly. Patients are discouraged from speaking their true thoughts on Yelp and Google after the visit. My opinion- Davis is an unethical dentist practice that places money before the welfare of their patients. The worst part is, they have an ongoing ad in St Anthony's weekly bulletin. This practice saw not only one but two children of mine. Subsequently, I had my own exam a couple months later. At the end of my exam.... (in which they did not give me an oral hygienist to clean my teeth)... told me that they do not accept my insurance (about 2 or 3 months after they saw my daughters), and tell me AFTER my exam, that they must bill upfront the costs, then I have to wait for my insurance company to reimburse me. I confronted their business administrator asking why they chose to treat my two daughters, then myself many months later and NOT advise me that they were not part of my dental insurance group. She then tells me that this is just the way they do things. There is no other medical specialty that expects payment upfront before filing a claim through insurance. They want to put 100% of the risk on the patient. And if there is a dispute between what the insurance company reimburses and what Davis wants to charge, you are left holding the bag. This is a very unethical business. Take your business elsewhere.

Started from the office at the Mall, then it shut down & was moved to North Richland Hills. That too got shut down & I was relocated to the Bedford location. The plan was simple, a cleaning. I walked in & signed the form with the agreed payment & was called in to be worked on. Out of nowhere, they wanted to do xrays. When results came, i suddenly needed all kinds of extra work changing my total to $948 out of pocket! I explained that at my last visit, the old location gave me glowing remarks saying how I had been flossing & brushing good like they wanted! I only paid $235 & the one before that i paid $155. How & why now would this new one cost almost $1k! Someone was definitely trying to take advantage of me. There's no way my teeth have changed more in these few months than they ever did in the last 6/7 years total since being with Monarch! Impossible! So, of course after much debate, I did not do anything due to the clear predatory move for treatment changing at the last minute. This poor experience left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). I knew that had it been the other way around, the office would have no issue quickly reminding clients changes cannot be allowed after signatures being they are legal & binding. The reviews speak for themselves. If this is the way they continue to treat new and existing clients, it will be of no surprise to hear in the future that at this rate, another Monarch will be shut down again... So please... Stop apologizing, if you are not going to really be doing something about it.

They called me a few days before my 3-hour appointment to cancel my appointment because there was an issue with my Insurance. I called my insurance, and there was an enrollment issue that occurred but I was able to take care of it quickly, and it was not my fault at all. The Dental office did not trust that and wanted to cancel the appt and/or I paid in full even though I had my half of the money ready. They also did not want to wait the 45 days for the insurance to pay them for my first appointment, which I had asked them to re-file it, since the issue was fixed, the supervisor did not want to and made a point to say "we only file the claims out of courtesy" along with suggesting that I paid in full and my insurance paid me back. That right there, means they just care about the money, not the patients. We ended up canceling the appointment because I was scared they would try to charge me more than what I should be charged and I would not be able to come back 3 weeks late to get my crown on. Needless to say, I am unable to get a phone call back from them and had to go to an emergency dental place to get a tooth pulled & a bad cavity filled, which.. My insurance paid in full.
